I wanted to give a 0 star because this branch is messed up. Nobody wants to listen to you and always try to postponed you for some other day. I visited to open a account amd apply for a credit card they just denied and said they only give it to permanent residents. Employee nane was neha something. Then I went to some other branch and they happily gave me everything.

Always crowded. Totally hit or miss if you are able to get to a teller.
However ATM is ok.

I wish i have the 0 star option. I went there to get my bank statement but the front person SUMAN was not helpful at all. She doesn’t have any answers to my questions and was confusing me more with technical terms. She should learn plain language and should understand that customers are not familiar with RBC’s terms and conditions. It is her responsibility to explain. I think she should drop her accent and starts explaining clearly. Management should definitely provide her with more training.

Rbc customercare is rubbish. Thay reall don’t care about their client. I called rbc customer care for 5 times ad they didn’t solved my problems. But they gave so much headache.

Awful waiting in the line to deposit a cheque ridiculous waiting 1/2hour.and she took so long to do the transaction. I do all my banking online but the system was down no choice.the closed the branch in main and nanwood Dr.they were so nice there and now I have to come to this location Awful

Service at this branch has gotten worse over the years… there are not enough tellers to serve the clients… TD branch next door is fully staffed… i better switch bank now i guess…

I booked an appointment at this branch as my credit card was not working. I had an appointment with Angad. On the day of appointment I received a call from a lady from that branch saying that my appointment is cancelled as Angad is on sick leave. She gave me Angad's contact number and told me to contact him and reschedule the appointment. I sent him text message, he didn't reply, I tried calling him for 2.3.days but neither him nor that lady picks up the call. So, I had to book another appointment which is after 21 days from the original date of appointment.

This is ridiculous. If an employee is on sick leave then branch should make arrangements to take care of the appointments. Its is not fault of their customers, why should they suffer? What if someone cancelled their other plans for this appointment. Who should be responsible?

We are not jobless, that we are available at any time you give us. Its branch's duty to take care of their customers.

Worst branch.

Worse bank branch ever. They look at ways to Not help.
Something is wrong with RBC especially this branch.

Terrible service. I have a few accounts with RBC and this branch never seems to have any idea what’s going on. I ordered 100 business cheques and they are missing and they can’t seem to find them or care to find. They won’t even cancel them so they are just floating around missing.
