Garbage customer service probably the worst bank I’ve ever been to lots of people walking around, not helping people while there’s 60 people in line, waiting to do their banking and two people at the desk

Literally the worst customer service I’ve received in years. Closing out accounts today, not that they’re loosing much. Will never return to this branch.

What ever happened to being able to call the bank and speak to someone. You call and they tell you to go on line to make an appointment or go in. They told me 3 weeks ago they would call me in a couple of days when my bank draft was ready to pick up. I live 20 minutes away and not going to drive in to find out it's not there yet.

The most garbage bank you can have hands down. They will hold YOUR money hostage and question you about the stupidest things ever. I have a refund am waiting for for over two weeks now been calling them everyday and misguide me everyday telling me one day two day it should be there. They should be ashamed of themselves for stealing people's money like this. Going to TD next week and taking all my money out of RBCs trashcan.

Monday January 23. Waited 30 mins in line. 2 wickets open sporadically - no attention to customer service what so ever. This branch manager should be ashamed of the lack of service. This is unacceptable with today's expectations
