Great Experience with the Staff, I was helped with all the inquiries I had. No time was wasted and everything was explained very professionally!

Useless staff that do the bare minimum when it comes to assisting their clients. Management is nowhere to be found and they never have any solutions for you unless you call head office and be on hold for over an hour. Stay away from this branch for your own good!

I had issue with my debit card and the staff and manager were able to help me resolve the issue even though this is not my home branch.

Went to this branch about a hold on my account, the staff and manager were very nice and were able to reach out to my home branch and release the funds. I highly recommend this branch.

Worst RBC branch I’ve been to. Been a customer for years and haven’t seen more incompetent staff.

A huge shout to Miss Lina Mohammed she’s super nice! She helped me open my business account, getting my credit card and bunch of other things and answered every question thoroughly can’t thank you enough m’aam Folks if you guys go to this branch take my word she’s the person you wanna see and deal with!
