Nice back and excellent customer service. I needed change for $40 and i don’t even have account in this back. Still they don’t refuse me.

This RBC branch is a nightmare when it comes to wait times. Every time I visit, there's an outrageously long line, and it moves at a snail's pace. It's as if they've never heard of efficient service. The staff seems indifferent to the fact that customers are wasting their precious time standing in line for ages. Avoid this branch if you value your time and sanity.

This morning I was treated so poorly by an old white woman teller there like I was asking her free money from her account. She was so disrespectful as I was asking her questions she was rolling her eyes and when I said thank you at the end. Guess what she reply yeh ok wow what unprofessional service is that honestly. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

The professionalism in this Branch does not Exist. I called to open an account and was told that I needed to come in and verify my identification. Unfortunately I come into this branch where I was told by Bharat Goyal that I needed to schedule an appointment to verify my card. In addition that I needed to come with my pay stubs and employment letter for this appointment. I come into my appointment with him two days later and he does not even greet me hello, and does not use any of the documents I provided to help with my new account in RBC. Further more, I requested to open a travel credit card, and Bharat Goyal proceeds to flip through my renewed passport I just got this year and states that I don’t have any stamps from traveling. He later on proceeds to ask questions about discounts I get with my current employer and does not even discuss any of the accounts I would like to open. In conclusion, he basically helped me log into my account (which I could’ve done myself) and provide my transit number at the bank. I also opened the credit account online without his help.

Slowest service you'll ever gonna get if you come here. Changed to Scotia. Scotia better

To close all of my account, I was advised by the advisor to book an appointment.i even asked if I can just line up as a walk in at an RBC branch but he told me I have to get an appointment, which I did.had to wait a week to get one.when i showed for my appointment i spoke to alma rosales at the 3570 Lawrence Ave E branch. She then just told me I can simply just line up with no empathy or not apologizing for the miscommunication.what she could have done is ask the teller to put me on front of the line up to close my account. Furthermore there was no one in front to direct customers who have appointment. Cherry on top is I have to pay $14 dollars to close my account. A series of unfortunate events that RBC is totally at fault

Hire more staff for the weekend as the line up will take minimum 30 minutes to see a teller.

Super long wait times, terrible branch never go this branch for anything. If you come here then you are going to wait an hour for any transaction. Their ATM doesn’t work and their management is terrible and nobody cares about the clients here.

This location has become so trashy. Long, ridiculous lines. Three tellers working and 30 people in line. The bank literally smells like poor hygiene. I can’t believe I am going through this to withdraw my own money

This “helper” comes around and literally wants you to tell him your PERSONAL FINANCES OUT LOUD WHILE EVERYONE LISTENS. Besides the invasion of personal privacy, the horrible smell and the ridiculous wait times - everything else is great!

GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH. THEY ARE CLUELESS HERE. LIKE A CHEAP BOOTLEG VERSION OF A REGULAR RBC

Better service than the one on 3090 Kingston road. Recently moved and needed some cheques urgent basis and had questions regarding some other services, the kingston one is like why do you need this, why do you need that, you can also do online blah blah blah. Except helping me they kept talking and talking and didn't even know what to answer for some questions I had. They were not even trying and like "Oh I don't know how to do that" with frustration. Came to this branch and it took only 5 minutes for them to help me. I asked what are the options, can you help me? I got a direct answer about who to reach and they ordered the cheques for me right away without any questions. Fast & friendly service.

This branch service is too slow, there so many employees but only 2 of them work, and we have been waiting for over 20 minutes and there is a huge line up behind us.

Need proper management who knows their work. How come they can’t deposit Canadian bank draft to person account by someone else. Where the money laundering coming within Canadian bank. How can someone one living 5 hrs away and they ask to be present in bank for draft. This is deposit and Canadian Canadian bank draft ……excuse us … if someone badly need money in emergency and only way to put money by draft in his or her account, why do they refuse and why it’s takes 30 mins after long battle. Why don’t they can talk to other bank over phone to verify. Just to give hard time…. I am glad I am not dealing with RBC and I was helping someone only. Terrible … terrible. Need to manage much better…. Teller do not know difference between draft and cheque.they want put on hold…. Please learn what is the meaning of draft…it’s cash cash cash money to get paid right away and that why someone pay the fee to make at the other branch. Please hire proper staff.
