This Branch is useless, use to have Teller and other help but now they copying CIBC Naibour branch, they are trying to save money, but I think they will loose the money, counter lady was Unprofessional and unorganized, look like they hired student for free and she spend inside half an hour, she has no idea, what she is doing and how to get into user system login, she did not help anything and ask me after one hour wasting to go to other Branch.also talked to Manager, but she was running around not doing anything, Very bad Manager, counter lady and Management in this branch, they should shutdown this branch and work from home.

Branch is cashless which does not make sense for a bank. Layout is open concept without any privacy.

I totally agree with all bad reviews.

Very disappointed by the front line service at this branch. Unfortunately it is the closes to our home and I visit it more often. Each time I say I will not come back and still, here I am.
Interesting part is they advise not to go to a different branch as same I would be told.
Today I realized that some more difficult situation CAN be handled in other RBC branches in Milton and I am so grateful.
So basically this is not a RBC issue, but this branch issue.
Their tellers are either under trained, or arrogant if they know their job already.
I will avoid them.

This branch doesn't deserve a one star. If I could have an option of no star, I would have chosen it instead. I had the worst experience at this branch today. Very poor, and horrible customer service. The staff are extremely unhelpful, unprofessional, unpolite and are very rude. They are a good example of wasting the customers time. Tellers staff were very busy eating Tim Hortons snacks & laughing, while the customers standing in line waiting to be served. I can tell that the staff in this branch do not have a proper experience of how to deal with the customers, and instead of providing professional service that reflects the RBC image, they are lacking of minimum knowledge of how to talk and to negotiate with their clients. I would recommend this branch to anyones want to ruin their day.

I hate Rbc with a burning passion. I’ve been waiting for someone to help me with my problem. When I tell you I’ve been waiting 4 hours of my life just to dispute my charge I’m not kidding. God I hate rbc because of their customer service.

I had the worst experience yesterday.
I was at a cash counter where this lady behind the counter was serving a customer.
I stood on the carpet leading to that counter and I am sure she would have seen me standing.
In the meantime 2 other clients entered n stood on the carpet leading to the other counter where a representative wasnt too concerned to serve either of us.
When this lady was done serving the customer she called out next to which I approached her.
She cut me outright by saying I wasnt in line and gave me a feeling that I was cutting the.line.
I argued my case by saying there isnt any sign that indicates where the line was.
Bottomline is that she should have served me, but she kept insisiting i wasnt in line.
Your CCTV camera will indicate that I was the first one amongst the 3 customers that were present to be served.
First of all she is paid because of customers like us and her rude n adamant beheaviour was unacceptable.
I suggest if u cant educate your staff who do conduct themselves then educate us by putting up proper signages or barricades.
Infact I would suggest you to visit the TD Branch in the same mall and pick their best practices.
I left unsatisfied and totally not visiting this branch though I am close to the branch, I Would mind doing business with the one on Derry.
I know it wont make a difference to you as employeess anyways.

Horrible customer service.
Can't get $4000 of my own money out.
They have ill trained and completely incompetent people working at this branch.
Considering moving to TD.

Very poor customer service, the staff are extremely unhelpful and are very rude to customers. I left this branch and went to another branch after speaking to several tellers who told me there is nothing they can do about my wanting to withdraw more money- the other branch was so much more helpful, they booked me an appointment right away to increase my withdraw limits and were so much more polite. Avoid this branch if you don’t want your day ruined by very rude customer service including an even ruder “acting manager”. They act like trying to access your own money is coming out of their pockets. I was ready to close down my RBC account after this encounter.

Poor customer services, I had informed them that I am on my way and will reach by 5pm, they did not let me in one minute past 5pm, their branch manager wasted time arguing with me about time when he could have helped me verify new business account documents, but he chose to deny me entry. It's a shame that existing customers are treated that way in this branch.

This one star is to the person who noted something very important on my bank account that I have not noticed! Unfortunately the rest of the star were lost because of the unbelievable service I recieved when I ordered a decent amount of Japanese yen and recieved 10 dollars in yen instead. No communication, no teamwork, not a care in the world for their customers
