I’ve been dealing with location for 3 years and I’ve always satisfied with there service, especially Jocelyn Ji she’s my financial advisor she’s friendly and answered all my questions

I had an appointment with Tina Vakilzadah on March 1. She was a great help. She answered all my doubts and questions she was mature and passionate. Love her services.

We visited this branch last week, and Jocelyn helped us a lot. We deposited bank draft, renewed mortgage, and invested GIC in around an hour, which saved us a plenty of time. I usually don't write reviews, but I have never had such a great and efficient experience when visiting other financial advisor or branch before.
Jocelyn goes above and beyond to provide excellent professional financial services to meet our needs. I appreciate the help.

I’m not surprised at the low rating of this branch. The way they have set up their store is a mess. Very unorganized and the staff were also not happy about the way the store had utilized its space. Walking into this RBC branch made me feel very unsafe. The safe door was left open and due to the open space it looked like anyone could just walk passed it. There are some staff at this location who have always been helpful and kind but this RBC is slow at dealing with costumers and often times you have to wait 30+ minutes even if you have a couple people in front of you in line. Solid 2 stars for this location and it’s only for the long term staff that have been there for many years that I value this place above 1 star. Will not be coming here again unless it’s absolutely necessary, even though it is the closest branch to my home.

Third time dealing with Sarah Haqqani at this branch. Wonderful experience each time. She's very attentive and a problem solver. Thank you for all your help Sarah.

Very slow wait times. Employees are not aware of customers and only one employee helping them while others just stand around

My experience with the all the staff was top notch but Miss Jocelyn was a godsend she helped me understand everything I needed to know and made my visit to the bank easier than I ever expected

I met Nahid today. Personally, she was nice and helpful. My complain is with the RBC rules. The bank does not allow to withdraw in cash above 5K. For my entire life in Canada this was the second time tried to withdraw in cash, but failed. I wanna to let the bank know that this is my money, and I do comply with the money laundering rules. Can you kindly raise the cash withdrawal limit of your bank? Thank you.

He did not have enough knowledge to handle my case.

One of the advisors, Sama, told me that my application of line of credit would be delayed due to her being on vacation. I told her this was unacceptable and that it should be processed by other associates. She then proceeded to hang up on me and leave our conversation without letting me apply for my line of credit. I have been with RBC for 11 years and this is how they treat their customers. Jackson, branch manager, did no better job of contacting me after Sama negligently denied my process of line of credit application.

Branch employee are very expert kind to clients, spatially Tina, Samuel and Jackson.
