The Assistant Branch Manager Sukhleen Bhangu is amazing.
I was having some questions, she heard them with utter patience and helped me resolve it.

Please train your tellers. After meeting with an agent to open a business acct they provided instructions to create a pin with the main tellers and setup an online acct, which seemed straight forward enough.
But because this was a business acct the teller was unsure on a number of details and was not able to advise me properly - including how a PIN would be created without card, whether a temp card could be issued, how to create and link an online acct to my personal acct. I explained I had already spent an hour in their branch - 30 mins waiting for my pre-arranged appt and another 30 mins actually setting up my acct. I had a crying baby outside and could not afford to be spending time for her to figure it out. Instead of asking another teller to assist me she continued to fumble around having me fill out incorrect forms online only to have them rejected. Eventually I got fed up, took back my information and left. It's the bank's responsibility to ensure their tellers are trained properly and able to efficiently service their clients.
There was also no one at the door to direct clients and inform the agent I was meeting with that I had arrived. I had to wait in line and grab another agent as they were walking by to have them let the agent I had an appt with know that I had been waiting. I expect better from a large corporate bank, especially RBC who I've dealt with for about 15 years. I'll be taking my business to another branch.

My “Home Branch” but no warm or reliable service here. If I could give this Branch a -10, I would. Not just once but consistently they do what is best for their branch scoring instead of providing decent customer service. The Branch Manager had the opportunity to assist but rather than step up, she sat back and guided her employee, claiming to have no authority herself? Wasted 30 minutes of my time before I just walked out. I went to another branch and they made the changes I needed within 15 minutes. When a Branch Manager only cares about their internal scoring system and discriminates against other cultures or the average working Canadian, we know the perception RBC’s wants us to have of their organization is false. Time over time the reviews for this branch location are sub-standard and RBC does nothing to change it. Employees lead my example and the Branch Manager is a poor example of the kind of service RBC is supposed to provide at a minimum.

I called RBC in regards to my credit card information. The representative I spoke with her name was Saima Hasan. I wanted to check up on all my transactions. Instead of letting me speak. She was very disrespectful gaslighting me. I had an accent which she couldn't understand so she was mocking and being racist towards it. Worst customer service experience ever I don't expect this from a well sought out industry employee.

Enita and Roojoot never disappoint. Rbc was the last bank I opened an account but it became my first choice for my banking needs because of the service I have received at this location consistently over the years.

Very disappointed in the response from an advisor at this location regarding our Avion travel rewards. Refusing to return messages and get a resolution for us after going back and forth about an issue we have had outstanding for the past 3 years. Time to find a new bank!

Nice staff very welcoming. Visited here to to get the good standing letter didnt have appointment but still get my letter just in few minutes. Thanks to Rbc and Nazneen who helped me out. Thanks a lot 10/10
