RBC Royal Bank

I opened my business account 2 months ago and couldn’t get card still. (Reorder for twice.) Second time, one of staff changed address to pick up from this branch.
I was waiting for call. Nobody called me and I found that from RBC website the card arrived to branch. I’m the branch now and they just founded that the staff puts wrong address. Wow I have to wait another 2weeks.

Amazing service with my mortgage renewal. I was introduced to Bita Molavi and Bita got a great rate and term for my mortgage in this stressful time. 10/10 for service and communication. All forms signed electronically so saved me a lot of trips to the branch. I have referred many friends and colleagues to Bita

The lady that served me was ok.
She didn't know much about their own rewards program.

The staff of this branch are friendly. I had an appointment with Atosa. She is a banking advisor. It was a really great experience. She describes a lot of banking services for me. She is very patient and nice. Thanks again, Atosa

Extremely unhelpful staff. You have to chase the advisors for days in order for them to get back to you. I have an issue with my TFSA and if it does not get resolved in a few days I will be in trouble. I had to make an appointment with another branch.
