RBC Royal Bank

RBC is the worst bank for opening an account, I do not recommend it in any way. Especially this branch has an employee named Henry, who did not receive my husband’s bank card despite the passage of 45 days, and Henry made a lot of mistakes, including opening the wrong account, writing the wrong name, writing The wrong address and due to not knowing the information of the tablet that bank could give us, but they didn’t…and Henry said that you are not qualified, I am sorry for this bank that hired such people.

Today I had a appointment in RBC Bank and I met Stella Kim. She is very co-operative, helped me a lot with whole procedure. I am really thankful to you. I recommend all to meet up with Stella Kim.

Super slow people and un experienced people on counter. I do banking with other banks too but I think they just hire people without training

Wow! What incredible experience whith Juliano, he was more then helpful, I asked if they can help me whith some papers for my pension to be stamped by the Bank he took his time to do everything I need, he is so courteous, professional, and fast this was one of my best experience whith Royal bank

I banked with 2 different RBC branches previously. I was in a rush to cash a cheque and this happened to be the only branch on my way home that I would get to before closing time.

I have been assisted by Mr. Michael Krol and Mr. Michael Lettieri on an ongoing basis since coming in. They have both worked extremely hard to ensure that I am satisfied with my experience. They have followed up with me regularly and went out of their way make me feel like a valued member of RBC.

I greatly appreciate all of their hard work and they have gone above and beyond to satisfy all of my requests. They have consistently gotten back to me within a timely manner even when my work schedule has made this difficult.
