A bit of a wait in line just to answer a question, but when I finally got to the teller, she was knowledgeable and helpful. Although the service I needed was unavailable in the bank and all she did was give me a phone number to call.

Worst Branch Ever, dont book an appointment in this branch, waist of time. They will not solve your problems.

Best bank branch near my house, Danielle is the best banking advisor, she was able to answer all the questions really well, she helped me open the account and gave clear and precise information and explained all the things really well. I also wanted to add a credit card and she went above and beyond to assist with the application. She is knowledgeable and knows the process well.

I have had mixed experiences with this bank. Advisors can be condescending and unhelpful at times, but the tellers are very polite and helpful. I want to give Bryce a shoutout for going above and beyond today to help resolve an issue, and remaining exceptionally polite in response to my own agitated state.

One of the worst customer service no time they are wasting people time

I am here now and the line up is out the door. There are two staff members going along the line asking people if they can help them. How about having those two people open a kiosk so the line can move faster! Bring back the deposit window back for businesses!
