Very unprofessional staff. Don't know what they are able to do or not. Gave me an appointment from 10 days later for gic date and when I came back told me they are not able to help me and would have to call the concerned bank for that. They could have told me that before booking the appointment also.

A very busy location and feel bad that the staff is overwhelmed, but they don’t show it! I’ve had Rocco help me a few times and will wait for him because he is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing, also tends to be a bit faster which helps! Thanks for the help Rocco!

Slow, incompetent and take forever to get anything done. RBC in general is terrible and quite frankly pathetic given how much they rip off and profit from their customers.

I'm done with this bank. Misinformation 3 visits one day. To dam nosey about where I got my money from. Shocked To many restrictions for MY money. I need to get it when I want it no questions. I'm not a kid. They have my ID and they know me at that branch. I will be withdrawing my funds from this bank asap.

That's where I do my banking. Their staffs are friendly and helpful in every aspects of their daily business.

They don’t have proper knowledge about anything one day they hold my cheque and next day they clear the amount and again on the next day they put on the hold and not able to give me the processing time that how long it will take to clear this whole thing. Just saying you have to wait they don’t know the time. And told me that you amount is being hold by Fraud team. Am i who i am already done the business of five figures but they never want to solve from their side.

No one cares where the working employees are even the lines are upto the door!

2 weeks in when I opened my account its has closed my account four times for no reason other than a glitch in your system. Goodbye to banking with you

I visited this branch to open an account for my kid. Timothy attended to our appointment and i absolutely loved the way he explained banking to my kid. He started from the very basics giving tips and suggestions to my kid how to use banking, how to safeguard his account, what he was being asked to sign and all the basics. 5 star to Timothy for the wonderful experience!

They are always helpful and give my mom a chair to sit down. The manager is always smiling and active on the floor working to get the line shorter
