Would give zero star if I could wait for so long tell me that they cannot do anything. I am interm my manager is not here. What a joke, this place

The employees who work there are friendly enough, however the manager does not seem to care or try to help. I've been depositing USD cheques into my account for years, but this week I was told they are disallowing it. I now either have to pay ~$300 to deposit my cheque, or let the bank do a currency conversion for me, which also loses a lot of money. They said that it's up to the manager's discretion when to allow the cheque or not - so I tried speaking with the manager and offerd many solutions, but I left without being able to deposit my cheque. Add to that the fact that the account changed from a free account to a paid account - so I'm now paying more for less services. I don't know if any other banks are any better, but I will be doing my homework to try to switch because it's ridiculous that I can't deposit my own cheque while my account fees increase.

The staff is incompetent, at first they opened an account so the cards arrived with the wrong name, they came to the bank, explained the problem and asked for help activating the card, they gave me a phone number to call, and that’s where all the help ended, in general, a terrible bank branch.

There were many counter staff and they greeted me with a smile and were friendly.
Located near College and Bathurst, transportation is convenient and spacious.

Long lines to see clerk. Someone who is clearly not of sound mind walked right up to the front of line. People in line objected. What did the clerks do about it? Nothing.

Went to close my account and it was a smooth process. Thanks to Silas.
