Zofia Markudis, she is one of the “greatest tellers” in this location, she can make the very simple thing to be very complicated, like depositing cash. She seems like she doesn’t want to work, she is extremely rude and unhelpful while she is helping me to deposit. I think the manager definitely need to hire some new well-trained staff.

I was at the branch at 3: 47 pm and 5 people where in front of me. At 4: 20 pm 1 person was helped and now there where 4 people in front of me. I left and went to another branch to get my bank draft.

Extreeeemely long wait. Employees are very slow and don’t seem to care at all. If you like waisting your time this is the place to be.

I had an appointment, kept waiting for almost 45 minutes then I left because bank was empty, it was closing time! Princess Marla Zammit never showed up, never called me to checked if I was waiting for my appointment with her! RBC give the job to more deserving people, these employees are not intrested in attending your clients! I have decided to close my account and open it in a another bank because ignoring customers is not what I am paying you for! And I have proof of snapshot I took while waiting incase your employee calls me a liar ;) which is very typical when bad customer service is involved!

1 star is too much mark for this branch
One awful service, long wait and staff are NOT SO CRAZY on helping customers to make it better for people/customers waiting in line to be served
Also, this branch do NOT VALUE DIVERSITY, all you see is “one racial” profile working at this branch
DISGUSTING!
Canadians should NOT tolerate discrimination in any form, especially Employment.

Teller service is pathetic here, most teller stations are empty and employees are lethargic and takes very long time, customer service is very bad. Better to go to other branches

Came here to get a demand draft and was helped by Ipsa (sat the teller counter.
She was knowledgeable and very kind as well. Got quick and efficient service at the branch because of a true professional like her. She even told me a few things about the line of credit which I already have with RBC.
Also, I had a misconception about the availability of credit funds to qualify for a mortgage in the future, she help me clear that confusion as well.
Thank you so much for your service and giving me the best advice. Truly appreciate your professionalism. Overall the branch wasn't chaotic or anything like that. Looked like a well maintained place.

Horrible customer service. More than 12 people would stand in queue while only 2 tailors (out of 7) are helping them. The wait time is more than 45 minutes for any simple service that you may need

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer experience, super long wait times (over 40 minutes), worst experience I have ever had with opening an account. Save your time and go to another branch

Always slow incredible long waiting period to get serviced, at least 30 min waiting period. I've never seen more than 3 tellers behind counter "working".

Worst service by Hammed. I reached the bank at 7: 30pm and bank closing time is 8pm. He told me he can’t help and asked me to go to some other branch.

A location of convenience, yet can get very busy even during the weekdays. I’ve had no negative experiences with the tellers or the advisers here; the one flaw I could mention is them having not much tellers available (2-3 people), which leads to long wait times.

Visited there to update my information to increase the credit limit. She asked me specifically I have to bring my "debit" not credit card, which is not even required. She was doing her job like she was fixing my mistake. Asked me to call the card and asked them to increase. Turns out my information is not even properly updated and the branch could have helped me increase the limit. I need to go another branch again. She is the white hair glasses, old women.

I would suggest picking a different branch (or bank altogether). Hameed stood me at the counter for some 20 min only to tell me to come back and make an appointment. Cut me off when I tried to ask a general question about the fees on one of their accounts and told me to ask it next week in my appointment. I work at another financial institution and witnessing this kind of service is appalling. They are in serious need of customer service and soft skills training.

I'm not trying to be rude but I'm not sure why you have a deaf person attending to customers. She does not hear nor understand anything. I went to this location yesterday morning and explained myself several times and she made little statements that she gets it or she now gets it, only for her to bring out her laptop out to where I was standing for me to speak into because she actually didn't get a thing. I did just that, asking her if she now understands or is clear and at times she would say "I'm trying to" or remind you that she is deaf. Long story short, after 20 minutes of explaining/repeating myself a gazillion times (I was really close to leaving and going to the other location I had planned to go to and had gone before.only went to this one because it was a bit closer,
and I didn't want to be rude by walking away), she had to call someone for help. I really don't think you should be wasting people's time having a deaf person who doesn't hear attend to customers. Besides that, it seems she really didn't understand the job either. If you go here, ask to speak to another teller because this person doesn't hear nor understand a thing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

This is the first time I am writing a review for any bank. I visited this branch on 13th of March to make couple of in person transaction. Teller Ms Avery Williams was very helpful and friendly and provided her services in a prompt and efficient manner. I was very delighted and satisfied after my visit. Thank you Ms Williams.
