The employees are racist and the bank withheld my money for no rightful reason. They need to be investigated for how they do their process. I should not have to show them my banking transactions with my other bank as this is all MY money. I Would not recommend this bank at all.

Dont know which branch I reached for the loan I had queries for. It seems person was least interested in telling me what I want and thinks that he is at top hierarchy and we are peasants asking for loan. He doesn't know he is lucky I am not a manager here or he would be kicked out in no time

The most useless / inconvenient branch of RBC.

They will let people under training handle business clients and let them waste their time.
Everytime I go there, they just wast my time and I have go to a different branch just to feel how incompetent this branch is.
Buisness Client should strictly stay away from this branch.
Had to postpone my shipments due to them.
They will be very expensive in terms of your precious time.
Taking my time to write this so other dont waste their time.

Pathetic service, when you call branch, call gets routed to call center and when you walk in to branch you get contradictory info.
Why is branch routing calls to call center, they should be answering their own calls.

Today I visited this branch of RBC and I was really pleased with their services. The staff was very helpful specially (SUKHBIR KAUR) and they were able to assist me with my queries. I would highly recommend you to visit their branch if you are looking for great service!

Worst branch! I went to open my account 2 times and never received my physical debit card! Been 2 months now. When i called customer service they said the card was never dispatched!
Just closed my account. Please Hire someone who knows what they are doing and not playing with people's time here.

This is the absolute worst bank I’ve ever been to, I’m a manager of two stores that bank with two different RBC locations and one branch I spend no more than 5 minutes there making multiple deposits and making change and this one I’m never there for less than 40 minutes. It’s an absolute wreck of a bank! You’d think after renovating it would be quicker but nope, you have 10 counters to be helped at and 2-3 tellers and a LINE UP AT THE DOOR. Either hire more tellers or teach the ones there to be more efficient, NO ONE HAS TIME FOR THIS. Even pre renovations you couldn’t even do business deposits at the counter it’s meant for you have to wait with thousands of dollars in line for an hour- that’s safe…. Get it together. Customers are furious everytime I’m here yet there’s been no improvement. Don’t go to this branch, go literally anywhere else!

This by far the worst RBC branch. Its in a busy location and whenever you go they have like 3 tellers. There always line ups (long line ups). The managers here who hires and make the schedule for employees have no sense or responsibility. All the money RBC makes but hire no employees to help the people who makes them all that money.

Iram’s time management skills are subpar. She makes people wait and doesn’t take accountability. Not to forget she is careless. She left sensitive and personal information out for anyone to see, information that belongs to other clients! However the star of the show here is Mujtaba who still seems to think he’s banking in 1920. Mujtaba, we don’t talk to women in Canada the way you do. Your misogynist attitude is appalling and frankly despicable! Shape up or shut up.

Very rude poor response. Yesterday April 29,2020 me nd my wife visited the Mclaughlin branch. Stood in the line outside the door for long. When we entered the first door a B Lady was there to stop us going inside and she was extremely rude. We told her our reason for the visit but she gave us confused answers to our questions. Inshort she just wanted to kick us out of the bank. Then we called online customer service and asked the same questions and got entirely the different but correct answers. I have handsome funds in RBC and bcz of some bad experiences with RBC im thinking to move my funds to my another account with other bank.

The worst customer service ever. Saturday the 14th March morning around 9.15 my husband & I went to bank to get RRSP reciepts. First the front line lady said they have a system error and cannot print. Waited for 15 mnts. Then my husband went to the other counter and waited for another Assisstant to print his RRSP reciept. While we were waiting there the lady who was helping us before came & handed over somebody elses RRSP receipt. We said this is not ours and returned the receipt. Then she asked my husband’s SIN number. No one could’t help us with the RRSP receipt even though we waited more than 35 mnts in the bank. Even after they didn’t provide any service to us the lady was so demanding and she was very rude to us. Very dissapointed with RBC Mclaughlin service. Very poor customer service. My husband is a RBC customer more than 15 years. Went to so many branches before never received a bad, rude, unpleasant customer service from RBC!

Possibly the worst branch in Brampton. The tellers and "managers" are super laid back with no sense of urgency to help customers. Line up is out the door and they are chatting away laughing and giggling. Avoid this branch please unless you love wasting your time watching people NOT do their job! Get it together RBC, TD isn't far down the road.

The lady who works at the business counter named Judy was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. This is not the first time I've received this type of customer service from this bank teller. I'm upset due to how I was treated and the lack of costumer service I received today.

Today i was deposited a bank draft, this black and tall woman stand inside of counter to serve me, look unhappy face and reading her gift card when i was standing frond of her and waiting for her deposit my bank draft, she is so unprofessional, look like she doesn't like her job.

The mgr and Darshanie were very quick and helpful with assisting me on my banking transaction. After having 2 unpleasant experiences with 2 other locations here in Brampton, (I'm a frequent visitor who resides elsewhere) I'm happy and pleased to say that I've found my favorite location for banking.

I am very happy about opening new accounts at the Royal Bank of Canada. The service is friendly and the staff are fair. I had a problem with regards to opening a business account and got 6 months no fee for my personal bank account. I want to thank the staff a Dominic Casiero and Lilesha Weerackoon for professional and personal service. I cannot say kind things about the local Bank of Nova Scotia Bank Branches and staff in the Brampton area. The banks are always full and the service is terrible. The service fees are excessive and now I am seriously thinking of bringing all my business to Royal Bank in the next year. Getting a $75 service charge in December 2018 upset me very much and I do not feel that the Bank of Nova Scotia appreciates my business. The online Tangerine Bank owned by Scotia Bank is poorly supported. The Scotia Bank Call centre is one of the worst call centres in Canada and just as bad as ROGERS! Thank you for help.and best wishes in the new year 2019 to your and your entire staff. My name is Josipa Erent and I approve this message. I tried opening a business account with Bank of Nova Scotia which proved to be a complete waste of time. On Saturday me and my wife to Deposite Mortgage cach money.
There was a Robbery.
Not a serious
Police officers and investigators right there at door.

We checked in online b4 take the Trip.
Online should have upload the current Status.

Two Investigator Officer (not the Police Officer he was a good Canadian) at the seen so rough and humiliating the RBC CUSTOMER who was their just as our case.

When we late for mortgage ther will be Big Penalty all in tension.

Those two jamaican investigators Laughing and and having a great time talking to his fellow officer.

And asking customer are real? To the customer.

RBC BANK SHOULD NOT HIRE THIS TYPES OF INVESTIGATORS.

ROBERY IS EVERY TIMES HAPPEND IN THIS LOCATION.
IT'S NOT NORMAL?
OR NORMAL!

SHAME ON RBC BY THOSE INVESTIGATOR OFFICERS.

The branch manager needs a promotion so the ratings can go up. I have been disappointed every time I go. A shame its right next to my home. Never has this happen at any other locations (over 20 yrs) 1. Drive thru was out of deposit envelops. 2. Front door handle dangling by a thread. 3. Branch manager showing arrogance to clients & staff and refusing simple requests to verify banking details. 4. I take pride in being an RBC client, but this branch needs a refresh a the management level and basic upkeep. Fresh paint would not hurt!
2 stars because some of the staff are excellent otherwise it be zero.
