Not the fault of employees but the set up of banks and RBC included leaves NO privacy. Conversations are echoed and monies should be a more private and discreet communication. Service is just okay. Sign of the times.

I went to deposit a cheque from the Toronto Metropolitan University and they almost didn’t accept it. I was treated like a criminal and had to give my identification cards. Horrible experience. Tellers very cold and rude. I am a 78 year old grandma who was putting money in for her grandchild who lives in Europe but went to University in Canada. I had all information with me. I am happy I bank at THE OTHER TWO MAJOR BANKS. Never had a problem there.

I won’t go here, one of the tellers is rude and nosey! Every time I need to see a teller it’s always the one I don’t want. Off to Blenheim.
