High turn over rate of employees. New faces every couple of months. Customer service quality is quite low if you only have 1 product with this Bank. They prefer clients w/ multi products.

Most rude manager here. Visited 10 jan 2024 and being told to close all my accounts on same date without even asking whats the issue. Been with for more then 10 years and this is how they repay your loyality

Worst RBC branch in Canada.
Hopefully corporate will see all the horrible reviews on this branch and do something about the management.

Slowest business section of any Royal bank. If you can do your business elsewhere, please do. Wait time is excruciating.

After dealing with a theft of wallet, and fraudulent transactions that happened due to RBC's shortfall, today some kid branch manager, named Mohammed told me I should not deal with RBC and take my business elsewhere. Most disrespectful. I've never had such terrible experience. Happy to switch banks. Stay away from RBC, they can't tell left from right.

Very disappointed with service. Long wait times on the phone, then went in person, and they said I had to set up an appointment to invest money with them. So I arranged a time I would be available for them to call me to set up the appt and they didn't even call me though I changed my schedule to talk to them at a set time.

If you can avoid this branch, do it. Or, you'll regret it.

While insisting through SMS, emails and phone calls to have all your paperwork ready for them, they do not know how to use their own computer system and they ask you to sign documents without the chance to review them. If you ask to talk with the manager, they are not available. Not to mention that took an hour and a half of total inefficient work to try opening an account.
I am glad that saw that yesterday, I can't imagine trying to work out a bank reconciliation difference with them.
Then, when the bank closes a branch the employees wonder why.

RBC branches in general are very poor with customer service and this branch is the worst ever.
1.looks like they are not well trained
2.they don't want to do the extra work
3. Teller didn't know where the fast deposit was or how to do it
4. One teller took 10 min to find the branch manager to get the signature for deposits over $ 25000. If that happened each time God knows how it functions. Does not even worth one star but then I cant post.

There is a South Asian security gal and she is the only one who actually cares about the customers.

Took a broken 5 from the community of Stoney Creek. RBC Lake Avenue who's always shutting down my disability account to report it. Would not give me a repaired 5. They dude with money laundering and capital gains lol

This branch is very unprofessional and the tellers there are very
unhelpful. I needed a cheque certified for my business,
and the tellers refused to do it claiming the client that issued the
cheque needed to be there. I know that's false because I have done this before at other RBC branches.
The manager was very short tempered and quick to raise her voice, claiming that its against policy for third parties to certify cheques. I believe they did not want to do the extra work at the end of the day, and that's why they turned me down. The next day I went to a different RBC branch that helped me do the very same thing that this branch said is against RBC policy. I asked them if this was against policy, which they confirmed its not.

I always went there. The tellers are always so friendly. Excellent customer service. If lines start getting long, they always have someone come out and try to help. Yesterday I went there and the teller her name Rawand was so friendly and helped. Thank you so much you are the best.

I came in to close an account, the guy who helped me was very kind, personable, and professional. I didn’t get his name but his name tag said Booking Advisor, he was wearing a brown plaid dress shirt. His genuine personality made me feel seen! His great customer service m has me considering coming back to RBC down the road!

I come to this location once every few weeks for standard withdrawals, payments, etc.

Each time I am given a warm welcome and given outstanding service and help!
I've yet to have a negative experience and doubt I'll have one soon!

Amazing Management!
At first we thought we were just welcomed by one of the team member who is very polite, solution oriented, prompt and wise but shortly after we realized that she was the manager.
So happy to see this young well educated talent is leading the team.

I go here weekly to do deposits for my work. The tellers are always so friendly. Excellent customer service. If lines start getting long, they always have someone come out and try to help. Customers are their first priority and I can appreciate that.

Worst bank ever. If you are trying to make it a quick visit, think again. Lack of staff and overwhelming line ups. No one seems to even care. If another branch is within half an hour from you, it is worth your drive to save time.

This location offers a slower service lately yes, but they have to deal with these different times too. No business is perfect these days. Once it's my turn, service is great, friendly and professional!

Worst customer service long wait times. Middle of the afternoon on a Monday and there are 13 people in line with only 2 tellers. Tellers will actually leave for break? While the long line waits.

ALWAYS a problem at this branch.

First you get to wait about a half hour to an hour. Then you have a 50/50 chance of getting someone new who can't finish your transaction or complete your inquiry, which adds another 15 minutes or so. The bank would prefer you use the ATM, but for some reason at least one if not two of the machines are not working.so you can wait in that line too. How does a multi-billion company have this many problems?

The staff here are not the issue, they're nice, but everything else from the computer systems to the ATMs always requires an apology.
