Dirty and unsafe! A strange person hangs out there asks for many and stands behind you and you're using the ATM. It was impossible to reach any security people at RBC to help me with the problem. Time to change banks. Thankfully there are many other banks at this location.

Poor customer service! Manager wouldn’t issue a draft when funds are available due to checks being deposited by mobile bank. Keeps repeating that only a small amount is available when clearly it says all funds plus over draft is available. Extremely rude employees who refuse to let me speak to the manager until
I had to make my self clear how I would like to canceled my business account. They suddenly got the manager to speak. Draft was issued by RBC different location same day. Need new staff and management.

Extremely slow service! Be prepared to wait in line for at least about 30 minutes or more. This branch does not have enough staff to service the amount of clients they get and always have a long line up out the door. Not all tellers are also trained to complete specific requests so you may need to wait even longer.

Can confirm the business line moves slower than the personal line. And that line also moves incredibly slow.

This is the dirtiest and filthiest RBC branch I have ever been to. It is always disgusting like this. On top of this they have horrible customer service and are terribly slow. They never have enough tellers working at the counter and even when they do have a lot of people working they just stand around talking to each other rather than helping out the customers.

Just came to this location and not sure what happened here. It seems that no one care about cleaning this place. It looks like a slum

Terrible, one teller in the entire branch knows how to process wire transfer? I had to line up 3 times to get someone who can help? Poor management and training.

I went in today to deposit a draft that was picked up from BMO (next building) Teller couldn’t release the funds and both managers were in a meeting to approve it. They asked me to come back after the meeting. Poor customer service. No one was able to release the cheque and everyone have to wait till the meeting finishes at 3: 30pm.

The staff are nice but other than that I would not recommend this branch for business banking. Every time I come it's at least a 20 minute wait. I write this as I am waiting in line, it has been 20 minutes, and there is currently no one else in line. The business wicket has been helping a non-business client since I arrived and there's no other support for the teller. As a small business owner i can't afford to wait this time every time I need account services.

Worst location ever. If I hadn’t opened a business account with rbc and this wasn’t close to me, I would never bank at this location. Tellers here are beyond slow, and lack lots of customer service. Garbage service

The client advisor Namita has very poor customer service n working like a dead fish at the morning

Very slow tellers just to talk to them on 01-04-2023 it took 45 minutes
And the line up starts from the main door because of slow service I wish I had a choice where I could zero star them
