RBC Royal Bank - Meeting Place (Cash at ATM Only)

I worked with Mina Erfani Moghaddam. She is a great advisor. She is helpful and caring and perfectly aware of what she is doing. I would definitely recommend her.

I’ve had a not great experience with a different member of staff at this location but Ashley is AMAZING. Both times we’ve had her helping us she went above and beyond. Super super nice and extremely helpful. Highly recommend her. She definitely deserves a raise or a promotion. Best service I’ve ever had at a bank.

Pretty much just an oversized ATM machine now. Not sure why RBC kept this branch if they were going to strip everything out of it except for an ATM and Advice Center. Been going to this branch for years, but since the renovations, they have virtually zero services of use.

I am visiting this RBC branch since last December (2022).
I had a transaction issue. Staff worked very hard to resolve & was sensitive too.
Staff is very nice & cooperative. Now I always go to this branch whenever I am in need.
Shiva, lady in staff who is always kind & eager to help. I appreciate % recommend.

Changed the model, they will help you handle business, which is great. But I don’t speak English very well. The lady said a lot, but I didn’t understand much. Anyway, it’s a great experience.

Been going to this beach for years but this will be the last time. Went to go deposit coins for my daughters and set up an appointment to start bank accounts for them.
Upon entering I was informed that this BANK …. You know a place where you go to deal with money …. Doesn’t accept cash through their tellers! This is absolutely INSANE! I’m sorry but you are a bank and deal with money which means CASH! This is something they need to reverse immediately! Will never go back to this branch again!

Excellent service from Dani today. He opened bank accounts for my kids, he was patient and thorough. Excellent Service overall!
