Teller is fine n friendly, BUT.speed is terrible.every time i walked in, there is line up.

Long wait times!

Despite having 6 counter only one counter has the employee.
Almost 10 plus were waiting in line.

Absolutely trash. One teller open, 11am lineup out the door on a TUESDAY MORNING

My account got locked due to a mobile cheque deposit over the weekend. Kate Du at the counter is amazing! She is very friendly and patient. She took time to understand our issue and resolve the situation very fast. This has been my best branch experience in years.

Slow service with tellers not having any hustle to get things done. Waited in line for 40 mins only to see half the staff slowly walk towards a break, and me wait another 15 min while the last guy at the teller stand finishes with his clients. There was a long line of clients to the door and no one rushing to help speed things along.

Excellent service at all times, although cleanliness here and in other locations has dropped off substantially. True with other banks as well.

Not enough tellers, very long line all the time. Severely short staff and wasting people’s time waiting in line. Td doesn’t have long lineups.

Not a big fan of review section but considering the number of bad experiences this place staff management needs training. They turned me down only to show solidarity with each other. Eventually i had to go to another branch solved my problem without me saying too much. Obviously I got to know later that it was all because I said “why doesn’t anyone speaks English in here” and I didn’t knew the person serving me was new, and branch manager kindly friendship with their folks With all these non english only Asian bank its really disappointing. I am not racist god forbidden i am not saying Asian shouldn’t be 90% honestly even 100% Asian no problem but we need to communicate in ENGLISH. These people nearly has any training of being a tellers and cannot even search plus they have trust issues with non asians. So i highly recommend the branch manager “Linda” to be either given more banking traning herself or replaced to someone more knowledgeable about basic banking and further couching to better client’s experience…. Since 2020 this branch is getting worsened day by day.
