How is the bank manager still employed? 2 tellers working on a Wednesday with 15 ppl waiting like crazy! Def gotta consider different banking options

There I was making a deposit in thier high tech machine that ate $300 on me. THEN I found out the machines are contracted out. Teller will be counting every bill from now on! Legal action will be taken if the money is not retrieved. BANKER BEWARE!

This bank has 4 desk with usually 4 teller and they are pretty fast. Last time I got there and probably 15 people were ahead of me. I waited in line like 20 minutes and it was my turn. My teller was friendly and explained everything. I would recommend this location

I do not bank here. But I was with a friend at the bank who needed help and the lady at the desk went out of her way to help. She was super nice in looking after the customer.

Been an RBC client for a while thank god this isn’t my home branch. Manager is terrible and lies about being busy so they don’t have to interact. Only saving grace would be Mark was fantastic and knowledgeable. Would avoid this RBC.

We have an open e signature rbc account online, but somehow, they dont have any information at their end. Due to technical glitch. They said many customers have the same problem. Then they gave us an appointment to open an account at the branch, and trust we got very good service with Angel liu, the banking advisors. Thank you so much. Thanks again. Its branch rating is not rbc bank if its rbc online, then i would give 1 star, hahaha

Trying to actually be able to get to this bank is a challenge…No entrance off McLeod rd and when you turn on what ever the street is to try and get there a road median blocks the way. You will need to drive down past the bank and do a uturn. Not sure how this design got by the project manager unless it’s now policy to make in person banking as inconvenient as possible.

Planner through designation. I am strongly related to personal finance from the business side of things I have customers.
I am customer of RBC and they treat me with very little enthusiasm and lack of expertise.

This branch is great in dating with customers. Ones you had any problem you will come here back and back for months easily. With unsatisfied happy memory they will prove that they only have name of royal not in service.

The only thing keeping from 5 stars is when I visited the branch I was told to use the atm instead.of seeking a teller.

Worst bank location. I have a truck and I will never attempt to park in this location ever again. This no longer exists to me.

Terrible.
Access into the bank is ridiculous, incompetent designers drew the plans.
RBC closes 3 branches in the city and opens 1. Guess that’s how you keep growing your profits. Long long lines for the simplest tasks. Go elsewhere, RBC is now bottom of the barrel.

I hate this bank they always give me.a run around. When you open a bank account they don't even give you a temporary bank card unit your come in the mail
(thats if it comes) I had to go back 3 times my first bank card, because it didn't come.they lost my visa debt and I had to.go back 5 times. Then 2 bill payments bounced. And they moved out of chippawa.and didn't even leave us a bank machine. HOW RUDE.

We do our Business and Personal banking at this branch. Although the parking might not be ideal the entire staff and team at this location are a great group and it's always a pleasure coming into the branch. Keep up the great work!

This Branch is the worst! I closed my account because of the incompetence of the staff, I opened a new account trying to give one more chance! Is dissatisfying the way they deal to you, they said clearly when I opened an online Advantage account that I don’t need appointment with the branch to activate my account, now the teller is telling me that I have to waste another day of my life for a careless bank! Stay away from Royal Bank and they offers!

Standing in line for 35 minutes as tellers just sit there doing nothing and walk into the back room.

Beautiful building but difficult to access. Not enough parking. The line up is long, not worth my time waiting in line for service. I came here to deposit a cheque for a corporation and I was I thinking to open an account with RBC because it's 3 min drive from my house but given all the inconvenience, I have opt from opening an account.

The $$$, 000 designer/planner of this location needs to go rural. To get into this location ridiculous, or pay me gas money to go the extra distance to get into the very "small" parking lot
Very poor location

New location on Montrose is ridiculously difficult to access. You must cut through adjacent mall, go around the mall to exit and back track to the bank. Horrible location, not really thought out to well.
