Terrible customer service.
Kathleen the manager promises a phone call back the same day, and no response two days later.
She was not one bit helpful. I recommended another branch, or another bank in general

Glitch in the online banking. Told me it will be clear by the end of month but it's not done.

Blake is amazing! He helps me with all inquires, questions and concerns I have and makes my banking process smooth in a timely manner. Blake's customer service is top notch I would definitely recommend his services!

Every time I need to see a teller there is a lineup. Usually only about 5 minutes.
