RBC Royal Bank

Very bad customer service, the system of the bank is bad, they don’t have a proper internal system to serve their clients. I had to wait each time i visit the bank more than an hour.i had an issue with my credit card, its been a month back and forth

I wish I had never met Joy Lin.
She is the worst mortgage specialist in Canada and by far the most rude RBC's advisor.
She is always late for appointments, usually between 35 minutes to 1 hours and 15 minutes, She often repeats that "I know everything and you don't know anything" and she can do whatever she wants.
She calls you on a Sunday without notice or appointment trying to convince you to have a meeting with one of her builders to invest in their pre-construction homes, without even asking our opinion on what we want to buy.
I asked several times how much is the rate of interest and the monthly cost without having an answer from her.
She states that can decide the affordability of the mortgage based on her will, that she can even "change the rules" of an approval.
One of the biggest red flags that genuinely scared me as a RBC customer is that she seems to have the power to hold you hostage and refuses your multiple cancellation requests without explanation for weeks and onward.
She also forces other people to cooperate against their will and ignores your multiple requests for explanation.
Joy Lin should not be allowed to work in any office with her unprofessional behavior, especially in financial business.

I hate this bank, every time I have the displeasure of having to “go in” there’s something they either can’t do or I have to go back to get something to prove I bank there! It’s just a dinosaur needs to be reset. The other time the stupid atm machine swallowed $800

RBC this is the worst branch i've seen ever.you just lost yourself a client. No professionalism, it's like a tea saloon in there. Also for your future offers make sure to put all the terms and conditions in the main page. No compliance. They tricking people into getting a new account without telling you the full story

Service was good, appreciate that they are pet friendly and have little treats available for dogs!

I'd an appointment with Christal for credit card application and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was answering all my questions and helping me throughout a process for about 4 weeks until my credit card application is approved.

The lady with curly hair is so rude and doesn’t want to help at all! Branch is very helpful but I don’t think she represents this place very well

Worst experience ever trying to close my account while the customer service lacks any kind of service. This location has only gotten worse with time. I suggest other banking institutions other than this one.

I opened new business and personal accounts with Claire here. Well it was surprising how deep knowledge she has and direct you with your financials in present and future. I literally have been served like; Wooow. Thanks Claire and RBC. Your service is amazing.
