My recent visit to this RBC branch left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the services provided, particularly from the teller and a small-scale business manager. I have been customer with RBC over a decade for both personal and business banking needs. Despite having an appointment with small Business Manager Jing, the experience was overwhelmingly negative. She exhibited a lack of enthusiasm and failed to assist with my requests adequately. Despite maintaining respectful communication, the level of service and response was disappointingly subpar. It is crucial for the management to address these concerns promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality.

This RBC branch it's no good. Poor service, poor management, poor Communication with Customers. I order gold coin fron this branch and I was told It will well arrive one week. I didn't hear nothing from the branch for almost 2 weeks i had to go to a different branch to find out what is going on with the gold coin I order because I don't live in branford to find out from this branch. So i went to smithville branch which is that's where i live and i find out from smithville branch that the gold coin I order at branch in Brantford can't get the gold but no one in Brantford branch couldn't call me and let me know that they couldn't get gold coin i order so we have Return the funds back into my account. I will never go back to this branch again. They have very bad communications skills with customers if you want to open a account at this branch please take my advice to not open account at this branch go to a different RBC branch.

When you try and talk to someone who is nearly impossible to get an advisor. This is absolutely horrible customer service.

Their small business team has been working for 5 months on something quite simple with no resolution. Daily and weekly follow-ups yield no results. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I have engaged the community manager and the local small business manager and they haven't even responded to my many requests. The person that is dealing with this transaction, Sutharshun Selvaraj, normally responds in 48+ hours that they are still working on this.

There is no sense of urgency from them or their team in dealing with this, even as they know my frustration level is growing and growing.
