Highly recommend this branch for banking matters. I recently went to this bank and met the branch manager, Valerie Pan. She is a very professional and efficient. Also she handled our matters were very organized and Patient. Help us successfully solve our problem. I realy appriciate Branch Manager Valerie Pan.

I went in this morning. It was not busy. Got things done very quickly. Staff was nice, polite and professional.
This is one of the better branches in the area, based my experience.

A bit slow and unorganized customer service. Multiple errors and bizarre mix up that left me without any credit card for 4 weeks and despite being promised that they will fix it, still no action.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with RBC Bank due to their unsupportive staff, rude behavior, and lack of knowledge.

Service to access lockers was extraordinary slow that too when we were the only client there. The manager was there too, but she decided to ignore us and help the tellers for no apparent reason.
I am sorely disappointed to the point I would look at taking my business to another branch or perhap another bank.
Just reading other reviews here, looks like RBC central doesn't care about customers reviews & ratings. We could have rated them zero and no change would occur! Wow!

Full of nice staff and helpful branch manager. Unfortunately they work super super slow.

Out of 6-7 wickets, usually only 1 works and another one is on training.
Wait times are usually ~30 min for such a quiet branch. Not efficient at all.

I write this hoping that they take actions.

I do not understand why it is so difficult to talk to someone live on the phone when I call the branch. It has been over one month now that I have been trying to speak to someone before booking an app. I ended up making an app online and was only given the reps name no associated email or phone number.this is ridiculous and frustrating

I had the worst experience on Dec. 21/2022 with the bank teller, and the bank manager (Valerie Pan) of this branch 06532.
They have received a fax from another bank to verify that the funds are available in our bank account, but they both denied that had received the fax and gave my husband and I the run around, to delaying us for 3 hrs back and forth.
We got the acknowledgement for the fax from the the other
bank CIBC to prove to them that the fax was received at their end, the time and date we were telling them. Even though the manager Valerie Pan still tried to coerce him requesting proof of the purchasers receipt she was told you have a copy on your drawer. Disappointed with their service and after 40 years a customer with the RBC both were unprofessional and unwillingness to provide the service they were higher. Individuals like them should not be and working in an institution like yours.

I go to this location most of the time but this is the first time I had the worst customer service experience. There’s a Chinese guy and he seems very new. He doesn’t have a proper manners to communicate to customers. He needs to train on how to communicate to customers.
