Today, I had a great experience with Miss Pooran Mortezaian she was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable, and I'm really thankful to her.

Had an unpleasant experience with Burton Wong. We had been trying to reach out to him due to a credit application in February, but he never responded.
He was nice at the first meeting and then guaranteed us that the application would get approved, but it wasn't. He then informed us that my husband is not a permanent resident when he is.
Burton just doesn't know how to update this information on his computer. In February of this year, during our meeting, he asked if my husband was a permanent resident & all that stuff. We provided everything to prove this. However, after waiting for a week without his response, I reached out & he apologized for not reaching out soon due to peak tax season March/April so I responded nicely & asked for the application but he never responded back even after weeks.
Then just a couple of months ago, we were going to reapply for the same application.unfortunately, we got him as the same advisor, so he told us the reason why the application from February got declined, he said that my husband is not a permanent resident (LOL) when we clearly discussed this matter in February & we wouldn't have proceeded with the application if my husband is a temporary resident.
Just clearly disappointed.

Very good customer service at this location.
Fast, professional and efficient. It was my first time visiting this location and Parsa (who helped me today at this branch) was super helpful with my banking requests.

Honestly, the most inexperienced and rude staff members. What’s the point of going to the branch for help, if they can’t answer your questions.

I opened the card, they promised me a credit card that I could pick up at the bank. A month passed without a word. It turns out I was simply deceived. You can't count on them.

I had a displeasant experience at this RBC branch. Avoid at all cost. This branch tellers force you to unwanted saving accounts.
