My experiences lead me to recommend banking elsewhere.
I have been using RBC Services for 15+ years and am sad to say I will be switching banks. I have had multiple issues over the years (Not isolated to one branch) and against better judgement chose to stay. My issues have varied from basic banking services and beyond. To be clear im not mad about not qualifying for anything or some other basic reason, the experiences I've had are some good most bad.
I have no doubt other financial institutions will care about me the same way but they at least don't have the negative history.

I've been an RBC customer for over 30 years. But thinking end of term taking mortgage to an other bank. We were solid in our thinking and talked out of our plans by Shane Parker as to which mortgage to go with even after explaining all our concerns. This was not a look after the customer and their family branch so be very wary. They will do what it takes to get you money first and foremost.
