RBC Royal Bank

The worst customer service ever i don’t want write a book about this branch in a negative way but if u want service don’t look in here protect your peace and money.

The old lady (supervisor?) who was training new employee was rude. No seats like other branches.

I’ve worked near this bank for many years and recently there has been an excessive ringing coming from the box beside the bank. It is extremely annoying, infuriating, and overall very irritating… the interruption that this noise has caused has become beyond maddening. Take these comments into account and up your ratings

There's a box outside that's ringing and interrupting our heaters. For 3 days now

I opened a biz account here a few months ago because of a financial perk that was offered by the online incorporation service I used. It is quickly proving to have been a mistake. Trying to use RBCs 1-800 help line is like taking a bridge to nowhere.
Spent 90 minutes with the assistant manager a couple weeks ago and thought we’d bonded. That proved wrong after checking my biz account and seeing a full charge for a service she had promised to comp come out of my account.
I actually have to deposit cash from business into another banks account and then e-transfer the amount to RBC to avoid substantial fees. Let that soak in for a moment.

Very good service. CSR name Proona is great and really helpful person and great assest for the bank.
