RBC Royal Bank

I'm regular customer for 30 years. They know why I give one star.
Teller service are horrible and lazy. The manager need training to teller again or change all of them.
I'm trying to move another bank.

Useless staff!
I will never go back again to that branch!

This is the worst RBC branch, period. This branch consistently falls short in terms of service quality. I visit this branch a few times per year because I live close by, I find myself disappointed each time. My recent experience with a young male personal banker left me frustrated as he lacked knowledge and displayed a lack of customer care. Similarly, most tellers, with no surprise, doesn’t know anything besides simple transactions. Staff need more training to bring customers back to this terrible branch.

A lot of hassle. I cannot believe this RBC have any clients! The poorest service I have ever had in the whole GTA. I wanted to withdraw my own freaking money, but they did not approve the withdrawal, how on Earth is this possible? I wanted my own MONEY that I deposited 1 year ago, it was not a loan. I am so furious regarding their service especially Jason Lieu who does not know anything about banking!

Awful experience. They book you for appointments virtually, but never call you. Waste of my time.

Honestly they are polite in this bran h but they are very very slow. They workers even move like a sloth which is not in benefit of people who want to get their job done quick and don't have all day

Got great service from Jason Lui for setting up a new account. Was quick and easy. They got free parking behind the location which makes it convenient

Scam. The Korean branch manager and the Chinese teller guy set up my account, Nobody explain to me the truth and how it works. I bought a wrong product! They even didn't update my address

Takes way too long to get service at this branch and problem is not solved in one visit. Either its a staff training issue or bank's own systems are too complicated for staff to use. I go there because I have no choice since RBC has all my accounts and investments.

I had a terrible experience with Fahad and his manager a few days ago, they ruined my entire day and I left with a terrible mood. I'm never returning to this Branch.

Terrible customer service. Huge line and three empty tellers. Left without doing any banking.
