No wonder so many people give this branch a low rating. I've never had any issues dealing with the tellers at other branches, but the teller at this branch confused my simple request to withdraw USD cash from my USD account. She even responded me if I wanted to withdraw all the USD from my account.

Stay away. Stay far far away from this place. You get better service from self-service checkouts than the humans working at this branch. How hard is it to pick up a phone and return a call when you say you will call back in 30min? RBC will be first bank in Canada to file for chapter 11.

I am very unhappy with my customer experience at RBC Bridlewood Mall today. I went to my home branch and tried to make my annual mortgage prepayment today. The staffs at the reception and at the counter reject my prepayment on three different occasions. They told me that l cannot use my personal cheques from another FI to pay my own mortgage. I felt was being misinformed and mistreated. They are trying to push me away with every excuses.

Worst RBC Branch,
Even though RBC is the worst bank this particular branch is the least customer oriented.
Lazy tellers don’t what they’re doing having every client 30 min for no reason other than incompetence

Clients line up and only 2 tellers work. Line up to deposit a US cheque for more than 30 minutes. And still 6 people behind me.

DO NOT deal with this branch if you have a choice. I would definitely rate it a 0-star if I could. Not only for the branch but also for the branch manager Florence Tiglao. The first time ever that I know you cannot deposit a third-party issued cheque for your client. I am not sure how she becomes a manager, I believe it is probably because of her arrogance. Instead of putting the cheque on hold, she doesn't even bother to handle your case, of course, without any reasonable explanation. End up the conversation with "I am the branch manager of the branch, okay? " like she has the privilege to rule everything and could ignore all your opinions arbitrarily. Hey Ms. Tiglao, please remember, before you are a manager, you are an employee of the RBC first. An employee that supposes to help your client resolve the issue patiently and professionally. Your arrogance and arbitrary as a branch manager make me feel the giant and proud RBC is rotting from its root. Someday in the future, maybe you will be treated disrespectfully the same, think about how you treated others at that time.

I would give 0 star if i could. This branch almost everyone have 0 knowledge about the things they do. Is the worst branch i have ever been to. They cannot help you with anything. They will just create more problem for you.

I’m a private banking client at RBC and I can say that I’ve never been treated with this much disrespect and judgment. When I was at the branch to deposit some money and no one was in line, all the tellers had the “unavailable” signs so I went to one whom just finished serving a client. She immediately put her sign up and refused to answer my questions. And all I asked was if she was available…. Then proceeded to ignore me and no one said anything or tried to help me. If I am treated like this in a branch that was not busy and had no customers in the store at the time, goes to show that no one cares about you no matter what card status you have. Please don’t visit this branch if you have self respect.
