THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED AS THEY HAVE MOVED
I am happy to see this branch closed - it was perhaps the bottom of the barrel as far as customer service goes - I don't know which word is better snotty or snooty - maybe both.

On another note this branch has moved from South Hill plaza to South Hill plaza.
Yep you read that right, literally from one side of the plaza to the other at a cost of who knows how many hundreds of thousands of dollars. I'm thinking this is a great move but I have no idea why.
Oh and no more bank tellers in the sense that we think of the teller behind the plexiglass barrier. Now they just stand there looking confused and bewildered with a monitor on a little table. They have a chair or stool but I don't think they are allowed to sit on them.

I had a great experience at the bank today.all the staffs were nice especially Vahid Mansouri who helped me with my problems. He was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions efficiently.

Staff freindly, however need better outside sign more luxury additionals
they do my request fast but too much line up, needs more staff

Terrible customer service. Waited in line endlessly and ended up not being attended to because I already spent too much time waiting.

Today 23rd June 2023, I visited RBC Richmond hill branch along with my wife and had a meeting with bank advisor Ms Tannaz Mohammadin. She provided an excellent customer and her work was above and beyond. Tannaz always takes care of her clients and helped them and advice them best according to clients need. We stayed with her fir an hour to discuss our account and she had a lot of patience and was never in a hurry to take next client till we were 100% satisfied with our all concerns. Thank to her and off course her branch manager for hiring such a talented advisor for this branch

The bank assistance provided was excellent. Naghmeh Shadrokh Rad was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They addressed all my concerns and provided clear explanations. The service was prompt and professional, making my banking experience smooth and hassle-free. I highly recommend their assistance for all your banking needs.

I came to this branch very tired and wanted to do a transaction which apparently could only be done by a licensed person. I was told that I needed to book an appointment which was really difficult for me because of my job’s nature which didn’t let me come to the branch during the day at a specific time. However a teller called Narges took an extra step and helped me out by asking around and finding someone to help me out so I didn’t have to come back again. She was so kind and enthusiastic to help me as the client. I don’t know how to thank her. RBC bank should be proud to have employees like her. I was impressed by how she struggled to get my business done even though it was not her obligation or responsibility.

I’ve worked with Naghmeh, one of financial advisors, a few times, and I am very happy with her customer service and professionalism. I really recommend you to make an appointment with her if you needed financial investments or advice.

This location’s ATM vestibule closes randomly. ATMs need to be accessible 24/7. Other locations provide access all the time, but this specific location closes and doesn’t even leave the hours for when it is accessible printed on the door.

December 24. Greeting on phone says open to 3. Come to branch it’s closed. Same with RBC at Rutheford.

The manager at this branch either does not have enough experience or tries to lie to save the service time.try to fix a cheque issue, made called twice, and went the branch twice, finaly got two diffrent answers which very disappointed.

AVOOIIIID!

Two meetings have been set up with this branch, with two different advisors. I took time off work in both cases.

In both cases absolutely no-show. RBC customer service even reached out to let them know they are missing the appointment… absolutely nothing from them

Trust me, there are other banks, Scotia, BMO, CIBC. Just avoid RBC. They will come after you with everything they have if it’s in their favour, if you need ANYTHING from them you will never get a drop of help

Mira and Faryaleh both no-showed at subsequent meeting. And there is no recourse.

I will be switching banks. I gave them a second chance, I called head office, I contacted directly. Nothing.

Long wait time always and just RUDE UNHAPPY bank tellers at the counter making the experience worse. SAD SERVICE
