I went for my account information and had few queries. The account specialist dealing with my account was in a meeting so the manager asked me if she could help. She went through. Y account and all queries were asked, later on my account specialist also called and had the same.e answers as the manager had suggested. An efficient branch manager and its staff

Incredibly long wait at tellers for services. I waited over 20 minutes to get a small amount of change that was urgent for a memorial service ritual. The tellers then were unprepared or untrained to dispense this, despite it being less than 30 coins.

I signed up for an RBC account online and it told me to walk in to any RBC branch with ID verification and no appointments necessary. I walked in to this branch and was being helped by Vincent who advised he needed the managers help. The manager was extremely rude and did not even make eye contact with me or addressed me. She showed so much attitude and told Vincent that I need an appointment. I have screenshots of online that told me no appointment is necessary but she wouldn’t even take the time to provide proper customer service. The manager was a middle aged brown lady.

One teller on the phone over 30 minutes to help a customer with something. This kind of services should be a booked apt. And not the teller to do it for so long.spends 30 min minimum. Then the other teller with one customer over 20 minutes. By now there is 10 people waiting and waiting in line.the only last teller decides to have a long long conversation with a customer. Asking how her pregnancy is going, what's her summer been like etc etc.non stop! Come on! This is not. Good customer service. She was not wearing name tag too.

Why is Royal Bank sooooo soooo slowww. The staff thinks that they have all the time in the world. The ATM counting the bills sooooo slowwww. No customer service at all. As a Bank you need to understand that Time Is Money.

Only one trailer working. Long line have to wait for 30 minutes still in line more then 10 people waiting in line

We had an advising meeting with one of the advisor. She was very unprofessional and insufficient. Also I have been called and told that it’s not good to bad reviews since you are banking with us and we will be dealing with your account

I generally had good impressions at RBC, but this local branch really annoyed me. Cancelled all my services and account at RBC. The manager really good at annoying people.

Most unprofessional banks I’ve ever been too, why is your manager wearing a blue jays shirt first of all. Second they told me that a government issued piece of mail and a passport was not 2 pieces of id, only the passport counts. Also if a person is there in person with id asking for their bank account to be unlocked then you unlock it. People have bills. Getting my money and closing my account, suggest everyone else do the same.

Donna-May Garcia deserves all 5 stars! He customer service is outstanding. Nice to see a smiley face with a positive attitude, eager to help rather than pinpoint the problem and make you feel like stuck (that's what others made me feel with even small issues at the bank). She literally resolved the issue in 2mins. Thank you Donna-May and hope to see more outstanding professionals like yourself.

I was not happy the service I received today and waited in a queue for 40 minutes. I think they don’t want customers and business.

I had a decent financial adviser and then he just vanished with unfinished business and no answers. The complete disaster who replaced him refused to let us lock in our mortgage, 6 hikes later and we are screwed, I had told him my concerns and he said he knew better and there were no reasons to believe more rate hikes would happen.thanks bud. This will cost my family thousands in the long run.

Donna went above and beyond and was super helpful with banking needs. She cares for each customer and this was a pleasant experience as some of the other locations haven’t been the greatest in providing good customer service. She is such a valuable asset to this bank!
