This place is awful! They messed up my bank account and I got charged over $800!
I kept going back in to see if they would give me my money back but they kept saying stuff like “next week” “don’t worry we’ll call you”
They never called me back and one day I looked in my account and they had refunded me, but only partially what they promised to give me back!
This bank is terrible and the line is soooo long you need to book a day off work just to visit.

Excellent customer service they take the time to show you how to pay online bills and go out of their way to help your banking experience to be awesome

Absolutely horrible. Service is beyong slow, it's glacial. The branch on Monaghan is smaller but must faster. Better still move your money to a different bank if you can!

Slowest bank in Canada has to be RBC or maybe it’s just me… someone please get this bank some money so they can HIRE MORE PEOPLE TO SERVE MORE CUSTOMERS IN A TIMELY MANNER… lastly their systems are far outdated and make everything take twice as long.to send a wire - expect to wait 45 mins or more

Teller gave me excellent service! I gave only 4 stars as system would not deposit cheque. Took 30mins for my transactions. Customers in line were upset with the wait time. It was not service advisors fault that there were computer issues!

Sadly, yet again the lineup is out the door. Three tellers working on a Monday. I didn’t have an hour to wait today.
When they amalgamated the Ashburnham and the Park St branches they said “you’ll never wait”.
The staff is nice and knowledgeable, but the wait to be served is terrible.

Worst bank ever for long lines.and staff endless chatter with customers. Which make the wait time even longer. I can't wait for robots to take over service industries.
