I gave u this rating because of one girl name swati. She don’t know how to deal with customers and so rude as well

Located at a prime location near the intersection this is the closet branch of RBC from my workplace. Mr. Vishal is very courteous and helping person in guiding his clients. Customer service is good too. Parking at this location is easily available.

It about a girl working here swaati! She don’t know how to talk with customers as i have deposit book belongs to this branch i always have to face her. She always angry she don’t want to work she do 5 minute work in 1 hours waste customer time.branch must take a action against her. Its the worst experience i am facing.

I had a very bad experience the first time, having to wait for long time and not have the proper information was very disappointed, but the last 2 times I deal with Shahzad at the front line, he was fast and details with my request. The time I've been there he has been an amazing help. Thank you for the good customer service.
