If you want to wait while you are standing for 1 hour to do a simple daily work, go to this branch. It is terrible. Please avoid them.

I drove for 20 min to know that their Thursday 8pm hours was moved to 6 pm, when the website shows it to 8. Please update it with any changes to avoided disappointment to client

Now decided to close and lock their ATM at 9pm! Ridiculous given how much $ this bank makes off of Canadians in an Oligopoly. Not sure how you get $ when both the bank and ATM are closed!

Wait in line for 20 min.
Request a withdrawal. They take your Id and passport for another 20 min then tell you to sit down and wait for another associate. You sit and wait for another 30 min and just leave. This is what it takes just to take money out of your own account

Absolutely unprofessional, spend almost an hour it turned out the person was in training, no help, no assistance, very disappointed

We had an appointment with Kim Poh Goh recently at RBC 1181 Davis Drive East Newmarket location and it was one of our worst experience. We went to open a RESP account and the advisor had no knowledge about the RESP account and for everything he started to call helpline to get details and instructions to complete each and every screen on the application form and he couldn’t answer any of our questions properly, we were frustrated and ended up with cancelling the the appointment and left the branch. By looking at the other reviews I don’t think the branch is making any effort to improve their services by employing trained and knowledgeable staff. However I am writing this review to inform other RBC customers who are planning to visit this branch as it may not be worth your visit.
