RBC Royal Bank

This bank does not accept money!
Brought in change from tenants using coin operated laundry machines. I was turned away by the teller because I had wrapped a few rolls of quarters in plain white paper (dollar store didn't have paper sleeves for quarters). I asked for paper sleeves to transfer the coin and was told they don't have them. The manager, Emily came out to tell me they wouldn't accept my coins.
They had already identified me by taking my bank card. If the rolls were miscounted, they could have corrected it from my bank account.
Terrible customer service by ignorant people.

The headache I deal with this location as a black man in stouffville. No problem to withdraw over 15k for a white woman but a problem to cash a bank draft for me. Manager didn't have proper knowledge of anything regarding my bank draft i shown him which was done yesterday. Said it would be on hold for 1-4 days than a week. If your not chinese or white or like the manager Jack Yao stated " doesn't know you" than your not someone hes willing to serve. Won't be coming back here at all. This place doesn't even deserve a star but a 5 star for the one employee who cares. Thtas the kne whom drives the red jeep. Professional knowledgeable and surprised she isn't running the show there.

Once the case is finished with RBC internally about this matter.i am seeking my lawyer on this racist profilling rude manager of theres regarding his racial profiling tactics.
