I called so many times, but things couldn't be addressed over the phone. That is why I needed someone at this branch. When the call center transfers you to the branch, it will disconnect right away. I was told on one of my calls that someone would call me the other day and have not received a call after a day. Plus, I already placed 4 calls today.
It is a total waste of time.
One point in time, I have to make a special trip to this branch to fix an account, and I am coming from NY.

The worst branch possible.there is one teller who refused to take anyone becuase someone else will be coming (eventually) meanwhile there is a line of 6 people waiting… for “someone” to eventually come.the WORST customer service if i could give 0 stars i would

I used this branch for more then 20 years. Never complained, until now. The assistant branch manager Kareen is very rude, no respect for customers. How this can be in CANADA? Just because of her, will never come to this branch and will not recommend to anyone

Line ups are long! Average time I spend there ranges from 15 mins to 40 mins. I order stuff…3-4 times. Why?

I am on a like with RBC, waiting to make a complaint about the Iranian lady advisor. Rudest person ever. Someone explain to her that if shares customer services she should find some other job for herself. Shame on anyone who keeps such a rude unprofessional employee ok staff. I will teach out Cicialia who is the manager of the branch to file a complaint. Maybe she will teach her employee some manners.

Most racist encounter with a Russian teller. God as my witness my account was blocked for atleast 3 months both over the phone and at the counter they were giving me the run around hence I was taking a taxi for all these trips. Unbelievable, imagine having your IDs in person and they still don't believe its you.like everybody is wearing a mask but for some reason I look suspicious with a mask imagine having over 9 cheques already deposited in the bank over the cost of couple months but she wouldn't cash it saying ooh I have to put a hold on it? Now when I see her I Dunt even acknowledge she's a human. When ever she sees me with a teller she always finds her self at my booth with something to say. The bad apples out weigh the good ones. I literally cried on my way home my account still exist but I cleaned my account

I want to say thank you to Lilianne Schneider. She is a great financial advisor! Since I am in Canada (6 years) I got first the time professional and helpfull service. And big surprise. I got this help in this branch. Before I have got only bad experiences there. But I will give five stars because of Lilianne.

Worst customer service ever. Tellers talk together in their own language and waste time. It looks like that nobody care there!
I wanted to deposit a cheque and teller was asking me where I brought the cheque from!

Long time client at this location. Excellent staff, that Karen new girl is very straight forward and to the point. No dancing around with maybes and what ifs, explains what's going on with my investments with what's working and what's not. Highly recommend!

Wow where should I start. Horrible customer service, the tellers are selfish and cannot explain anything. I believe Veronica the teller needs to take customer service courses as she was very rude and nearly faught me. I have RBC as my bank due to their investment portfolio but it’s sad to see they do not care regarding their consumers. Hopefully Veronica is fired.

Horrible service. Numerous tellers do not acknowledge next client in line while very busy on the computer. Service 101 fail. Secondly, they do not call and leave voicemail when bank card arrives at the branch. Again fail. Branch needs some proper leadership so tellers can be properly supervised.

Poor customer service, "representatives" that don't know customer service, had to call and email multiple times to get a hold of my so called "rep" for a loan that I didn't get.
Shame on you RBC and Kareen Drot, the so called rep!
Pls save your time and patience, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Worse branch I have been to. I am a physician who recently needed to transfer my accounts from Montreal to Toronto. The process was extremely difficult. I worked with Kareen Drot and despite multiple emails and calls to follow up on basic things that we had already discussed I would get absolute radio silence. I even verified I had the right email address because I was getting no response from her despite her telling me to "just email her". I had to make multiple appointments to follow up on the SAME ISSUE (I was mistakenly charged for various things and needed reimbursements). I can't believe how difficult and time consuming this process has been and am absolutely disgusted at the service. I will be switching from RBC to Scotiabank. If you are a young professional I would suggest doing the same, it will save you A LOT of trouble.

30/04/2019 10 am. Really sad by alarming unprofessionalism of the staff. Planning to change the bank, todays business operations officer was very curious where my money coming from! Really? ! She don't even have authority to ask it in public.

Service here is amazing. There is this Russian girl there (Karen I think), so helpful. 10/10 should be promoted!

The service is slow and the old woman GITA RITOV is so rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I applied for a loan and I was approved, she told me in my face that I am not supposed to get approved. What the *****. You work as a financial advisor and should provide customer service to your clients, hello-, in case you are not aware, you are not supposed to say that to a client. You should guide them. If you are being honest, then yes, but provide reasons why they are not supposed to get approved. Furthermore, after 5 min that I left the bank she got out and spend 30 minutes in the restaurant beside it, and that's early morning. I don't know if she just didn't have a coffee.

Anyway, to other people, please avoid this branch especially this woman. She is never a help. I love RBC but this branch has been the worst I have ever been. The people's comments are right, I should've considered that before going here. Please don't make the same mistake that I did. Try other branch. They should get rid of this kind of people and hire better ones especially for customer service, because this people like her doesn't like their job-I don't know what are they still doing there.

So for you guys not to ruin your day and be upset, don't go to this branch.

Avoid this branch by all means! EXTREMELY SLOOOOW. From 6 tellers only one is working. The rest 5 put “Next wicket” sign and enjoy their Siesta during paid working hours.
