I really wish Google would make zero stars an option because this particular RBC branch has really earned it.

We upgraded our credit cards with another branch and we were told that the cards would be mailed to us directly. 2 weeks passed and the cards were nowhere to be found. We call the credit card phone line only to be told that this is normal and that we should be "patient".

We wait another two weeks and the cards are nowhere to be found so RBC offers to send new ones to the nearest branch. We already have had so many bad experiences with this branch, but we thought to ourselves, "we're only picking up credit cards, they can't mess this up".

Wrong. They did mess it up. Apparently, RBC actually sent our original credit cards to this branch and the cards were sitting there for the past two weeks. We asked the teller why weren't we notified that the cards had arrived and she responds with "we're very busy".

The issues only get worse. The teller could not find the secondary card and did not know where it was. It was not sent with the new batch, and when we questioned them about it, they said a new card was only ordered for the primary card on our account and not the secondary card, but when I go online, I can see the numbers for both cards have changed. I now have to spend another couple of hours on the phone with RBC to solve this issue.

The negative reviews you see for this branch are not isolated instances. They are beyond unorganized and lazy. Take your business elsewhere.

I came to RBC with my grandmother to replace her debit card and visa. RBC won’t cancel her LOST VISA because she’s not in the capacity to answer all of the security questions. Long story and not enough info to type it here. Calling RBC was even worse. Privacy is too much even when you’re in person with ID and they won’t help you. I do not recommend RBC.

I see small-amount withdrawals from my company account on a regular basis which I cannot understand. Went in and spoke with teller Jacqueline who could not understand herself, but promised to send an official inquiry and feedback by phone or email in 10 days (pretty long if it is fraud.). After 2 weeks of nothing, I went to the bank again only to find to that they could not send the request. Explanation: were very busy during the past 2 weeks:).

I left a voice mail for the branch manager Brione Lacey, but so far (day 2.) no reply, and was told that she is not on holidays.

For over 30 years, I have been RBC's customer at their Bloor & Grenview (South Kingsway) branch - excellent experience, and highly recommend. I opened my company bank account at this Laird branch, since we moved to Bennigton Heights.

As far as the finding out about those small-amount withdrawals, I will drive to Etobicoke RBC to inquire. Inquiring by phone is not an option - I don't have time to wait on hold for 1 hour.

I am setting up another company bank account, but will try BMO instead - across the parking lot.

This RBC branch is good for ATM only - no lineups, and we know why.

Don’t waste your time at this location. There are many other great RBC locations who can actually help get your banking done, without the attitude.

Had international wire transfer from family back in South Korea. When I went to this branch to make a withdrawal, they said the funds cannot be released unless I provide a proof of transfer, and they didn't accept a screenshot of the transaction statement from the sender's end. I went back the next day, and this time they say the certificate of transfer cannot be accepted as it is written in "Chinese", when it was written in both Korean and English. I asked them if they think a foreign bank outside of Canada would provide a document just written in English, and they were suddenly able to track the record using the reference number, which they said they weren't able to do.

Highly would recommend this location, I had a great experience here.
The tellers were very nice and helpful and was able to get someone for me to speak with quickly in regards to my situation. I was very pleased to have Nitish handle my current situation, he was positive, willing to help, patient, and overall very professional. Very impressed.

Extremely rude entitled staff. Not helpful. RBc is lucky blue isy favorite color. It's always a hassle at this location. Unless you are Richy rich stay away from this location. They treat working class like sjiat. Maybe I need to wear a monkey suit to get respect. Avoid. Shame Shame shame

This has been the worst service I have ever received by RBC. The banker asked me 100 times why I was so far away from home, she refused to let me cash out a small sum of money and kept sending me to the ATM. I'm don't recommend this branch for any business transactions.

The staff at this RBC branch are just wonderful people. They truly care about their clients wellbeing and about delivering great service and advice. I highly recommend this location!

Warm and Friendly staff. Saravanan and Jose helped me with my investments. Highly recommend both. Lots of parking space.

Very happy with my experience at this branch in particular. I have been using this branch mostly for the past 6 years or so even though they are not my home branch. The Managers have always been very helpful and exceptionally pleasant to deal with when I have asked them for anything. The Tellers are also very pleasant and wonderful to deal with.

The lines are always long. Service is slow. Especially at this location, I always get profiled and they ask for my id. (it’s my home branch so it doesn’t make sense.) some change needs to be made at this branch.

Loved dealing with Vanessa, the previous branch manager, but she is no longer there. Other staff also helpful and friendly.

Amazing staff and best in class service & support. Been my home branch for personal and business for 10+ years and they have taken care of me well. Keep up the great work!
