Just look at the reviews… how does RBC not train their staff here to have a sense of urgency and respect for people’s time?

Employees just coyly avoid eye contact and act like there isn’t a line out the door while they chat amongst each other.

Just a poor reflection of RBC that usually delivers a decent experience.

If you ever had hours to spare in your day this would be the place due to how long the wait time is do NOT VISIT if you are in a rush somewhere.

Alisha is extremely rude and truly disrespectful. I don’t understand how you can have such personality working in customer service. Ruined my entire day with her attitude. Also management really needs to work on scheduling more people during peak hours when everybody gets off work

This RBC branch has the worst customer service ever and management ever. They have ONLY one bank teller, while customers are lined up waiting for service, and the rest of the staff are either in meetings, or drinking coffee, or wasting time. Royal bank should close this branch or hire new management.

Elisha was so unprofessional and arrogant like she owns the bank. I usually don’t give bad reviews. But i must say that this is the worst RBC Branch. Horrible horrible service. That’s why they have such a poor rating.

Among 7 cashiers always only 1 or 2 people take care of customers, so waiting line takes for ever.

I feel bad for poor staff who get blamed for Poor Management. Always understaffed. 9 windows and not more than two is open any time you visit. FRUSTRATING!

Always short staffed, lines out the door. ATMs issue the wrong currency, then management asks ATM users to get in the back of the line. Tellers don't know the products they work with, and most have no interest in customer service. Huffs and puffs to create deposit slips. Expect to spend an hour waiting in line only to be met with people who don't really care.

Went in to pay a bill. Happen to mention the the teller that my “tap” wasn’t working. Everything else was fine but it would be awesome if we could get that fixed. Sure she says…. We will keep your card active and send you a new one. Guess what. She reported it as stolen/lost so I was locked out of my account immediately. Been over a week now and I just got my replacement…. Guess what? Card is invalid. That’s right. I have to wait over a week again for a new replacement of a replacement of a card that actually worked in the first place. Wow. Complete negligence at this branch. Avoid at all costs! Go anywhere else.

Poor service, staff is extremely lazy, I visited this branch on Monday-March21,2022 there is a long line up, staff look busy but do nothing. I think Management should be replaced or terminate from job and hired some fresh graduates highly motivated staff.

8 booths, 2 tellers, on a Saturday. This bloody place is open 9 to 5 on weekdays meaning most people cannot do their banking during weekdays, so you'd think they'd expect people to show up on Saturdays and staff the branch adequately. What kind of idiots are in charge of this place? Ridiculous.

I wanted to transfer a large sum to a friend. I was questioned about my choice, told to sleep on it, asked why am even transferring, why am at this particular branch, where do I work, the advisor even told me to ask my parents for advice. I'M A 28 YEAR OLD GROWN LADY AND KNOW WHAT I'M DOING. I work in Mississauga and CANT go to my home branch cause I have a thing called a JOB. It's not up to you to determine what I do with MY money. RIDICULOUS SERVICE! Waste of time and left a foul taste in my mouth. I feel so insulted.

Came here today to get a certified cheque. Not only was my available funds was available but they refuse to even do it. They "apparently "spoke to the manager and he said no. Instead of helping me she said she had to help the next customer. I was told to call the " 1 800 number " and to increase the etransfer limit instead. I called the customer service line and told them everything I was told at this branch. And the person in customer service just laughed and was in disbelief telling me that should be able to do it and it shouldnt be a problem. Please don't ever come here if you need to withdraw a large lump of money because they will not help you at all EVEN IF YOUR FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. I am looking to move to CIBC as to my boyfriend just did this without any hassle since I was not able to at RBC. Terrible customer service period!

I had an amazing positive experience at this royal bank branch. As I entered the branch, I was greeted by the receptionist. She was friendly and smiled as she sorted by appointment with Svetlana. In a few minutes Svetlana came out with a big smile and greeted me. She was absolutely amazing in helping me out with my banking requirements. Vali at the counter was extremely friendly and courteous while he was serving me. I am totally dumbfounded by all these negative reviews. My advise to anyone out there reading reviews to get an idea of how a place operates, please try the old fashioned way of doing things. Go and do your business with a positive attitude and a smile. No one ever frowns at a smiling face. Thanks to the team at 4141 Dixie road Royal Bank. You deserve more appreciation than these reviews indicate. Cheers

Worst customer service ever. Do not go to this bank if you want to save time and hassle. Lots of error in their paperwork. Had to go 4-5 times to solve one single problem!

A really bad leadership and under motivated assistant manger and advisor. The teller did not seem to know how to talk to the clients and no values. I felt that she was racist and discriminating me. The assistant manger lacked purpose vision and problem resolution. Their simple answer was go to another branch they will help you. Will never go back to this branch. A lot of negative energy

Apparently this branch location considers this branch location to be high risk. I had an emergency I needed to take out $6,000. The branch advised me that the maximum I can take out is $3500. After some argument and 2 hours later I went to another Branch where I was given the full amount I asked for no questions asked. Do not go to this branch location if you need more than 3,500 in cash on spot of your own money of course.

EXTREMELY disappointed in the service from the managers at this location after countless interactions with them I felt as if its time to say enough. The worst part of it is that there are a handful of tellers who are extremely enjoyable and take their jobs with a great amount of pride. Kudus to the certain people that make this location even somewhat tolerable. Unlike smaller banks I've come to notice RBC cares about customer service less and less regardless of the fact that you are bringing in thousands of dollars worth of business.
