Paula Aown is amazing and excellent with handling any RBC Qs and situation. She helped my elderly father today and treated him with out most respect. Hands down one of the best RBC employees I’ve encountered! My parents and I have been with RBC for over 10 years + so we’ve interacted with many branches and RBC staff. Thank you so much Paula!

Went in to do a business transaction. Teller completely rude and not knowledgeable about this type of transaction and told me to fill in my own receipt. I called RBC customer service and was transferred to the branch manager, left a msg and never got a call back.

I have amazing relationships with people from RBC from the liberty village branch. Super helpful and flexible people who understand your needs.

This branch however has rude and unhelpful staff that are not empathetic and speak very rudely with you. The lady offered me a few solutions but spoke extremely rudely. Fortunately, the only bad RBC experience I’ve had

Edit: I had this issue resolved virtually by a few amazing RBC folks who fully understood my needs. I just want to re-iterate that RBC in general has amazing and very talented folks who work towards fulfilling your needs to run a business or personal needs completely. I hope this branch takes this feedback and improve going forward.

I have been a customer of the RBC for many years. I am disappointed to learn that the RBC is the fifth largest global investor in oil, investing over 50 Billion $ Canadian since the Paris Climate Accord in 2016. When is the RBC going to begin to take the sustainability of and security of the life and civilization on this planet seriously?

Every transactions at this branch turn into a "comedy grade" series of errors and mistakes. The level of incompetency is OUTSTANDING and i don't blame the employees, they try their best, but the Management / Corporate for not staffing this new branch correctly. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Terrible customer service, they have no idea what’s happening. I was there to open a new account, and it took them almost an 2 hours to do because they made several mistakes along the way. I was really disappointed and will never come to this location again.

The knowledge and efficiency Noman Khan, the Mobile Mortgage Specialist, are truly admirable. His his friendly disposition coupled with professionalism and valuable advice is a great reassurance during a stressful time. He is fully available for his service at short notice and yet flexible to be completely customer oriented. My wife and I thank you most sincerely for the expert help you offered with regards to our mortgage. There is no such level of customer service I have experienced lately in banking than from Mr. Khan. I do not hesitate a second to recommend his mortgage service anyone. No matter how diverse the client’s background is, Mr. Khan could still fit himself in. He makes Dundas and Neyagawa branch of RBC a beautiful place to visit, providing us with peace of mind and a great sense of security.

Rude woman, did not have a smile, nor did she even try to seem friendly answered my questions rudely. Would highly not recommend

RBC NAYAGAWA. I personally had awesome experience. I had being going there since it opened. The staff is very helpful the manager watches what’s going around as it lines up he rolls his sleeves and come out to help. Yes they are closed on Sunday which was a bit disappointing however that is a corporate decision and I am sure staffing would be issue to.

Poor customer service. With all the resources these banks have, incredible they cannot get their act together.

Went there for a friend, Very very poor service and racism, this is why I stopped with RBC bank

Racist place. Don't bother going there. I was racially abused by their staff member and they took no action despite me complaining about it.
