Awful experience trying to open a bank account for my teen. First you have no idea where to go when you go into the branch. I had to stop two people who quickly responded I had to speak with a teller first. Waited in a line of one person ahead of me for 20 minutes! As only two tellers were available and one seemed to be making herself busy. The one gentleman who served me was very apologetic and did go beyond to help but still was not able to see anyone. Opening a bank account should not be this complicated specially when it's your first account.

I came to the branch being very upset with online appointment booking system. Thankfully to Sonia's, the Branch Manager's, dedication and willingness to help I received all attention. John, the RBC Financial Advisor at this Branch helped me to have my business account set up professionally and without delay. I was looked after from the beginning to the end. Both Sonia and John were very professional in the services they provided and extremely helpful.
On my previous visit Lev helped us to find available advisor so we Received attention of John without a need to come back. He was very professional, quick and knowledgeable.

Worst bank ever, they wasted my time. Something happened to my account and I had to go to the branch to fix it so I went there and they said I have to wait 3 days till the manager comes and apparently my bank account is frozen and they said it’s the manager’s decision to unlock the account like what why can’t the bank do it themselves and they wasted my mother’s time on the phone they bounced off her pay check at work and had to waste her time going to the branch. Worst bank ever, if you want open up a bank account Open up with TD, their services are much better than RBC

Had the pleasure of working with Sonia, the Branch Manager, and John, the RBC Financial Advisor at this Branch to set up a new Business Account. I was looked after from the beginning to the end. Both Sonia and John were very professional in the services they provided and extremely helpful. I got my account set up very promptly and I am happy to recommend their services and this branch. Very convenient location, close to all shopping and banking needs.

The worst service I've ever received. RBC is the only bank in Canada where you deposit money from an ATM and the money goes on hold. And don't even get me started on the service!

Staff has low knowledge of their jobs and are very slow. They stamped my cheque and then denied it for no reason. One staff member, was very rude, even when signing up with RBC.

New branch location with a modern stand alone building in the busy and bustling Creekside Crossing location with the latest ATM touch screens.
Clean & well kept for now only time will tell if this continues.

I am posting this to warn the public. This is the worst bank and manager we've ever met.

We have our mortgage with them, 2 years ago this bank had preapproved us of 650,000, so we looked for a house and we found a 560,000 worth of house. We made the offer and the offer was accepted. Then the when we were just closing, the bank said that they could only approve us with 520,000 mortgage. Why did they change with their preapproval suddenly after we made the offer?

We wanted to back out but the RBC financial advisor advise us to pull out all our investment and use our credit cards for us to close the deal with the promise that they would refinance the mortgage in 6 months time. We did listen thinking we're already trapped with what we offered. The deal was successfully closed. After six months we went back to claim their promise to refinance the mortgage. They refused blaming us that the credit score has been impacted because we maxed our credit cards and no savings left. IT WAS THEIR ADVISE TO USE OUR CREDITCARDS. We never maxed our credit cards before buying this house because we only live with cash on hand and debit. My husband's credit score went from excellent to poor just 3 months after we bought the property. We kept waiting giving them enough time to refinance our mortgage and restore the damage they have caused us. Until yesterday, the existing manager has no empathy at all saying that the advisor is already not working with RBC anymore. This manager does not know that all staffs of the bank represent RBC and their actions do not guarantee for them as a person but as a representation of the bank itself.

I'm warning to those who are dealing mortgage with them. Please be very cautious! Do not make the same mistake with us-trusting them so much. They dont take responsibility and liability of their actions. They will take your money and leave you in desolation.

I have been dealing with this location over 4 years now. Every time I visited, it was a good experience. Except at times there are long wait times but no rush since they are doing what they can.

The asst manager and the teller his name is Shah has no idea what they are doing. They need training on customer service and products. Very rude people.

Very, very UNPROFESSIONAL people and I am very very upset with the service. They either hide, don't know or don't care about information and service they provide. They opened "free" account but with the first transaction I found hidden payment fee ($17) for $266 transaction, It is almost 7%, what the crooks for using my money. This is the branch I visit most often as it is close to my workplace. It is a convenient location just a bit off the Dundas St. W exit off the 427, in the same plaza as the Costco, Walmart and other places. The branch itself is clean and modern with 2 ATMs.

There is usually someone at the entrance desk to greet and or provide assistance. Oftentimes I have noticed other people who I assume don't work the desk, approach me to offer assistance.

Most often I go here for business and hardly ever teller service. In that respect I have found their advisors to be professional and helpful and they are usually on time with appointments.

Overall I have had no issues here.

Very long wait times but the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly once you get to speak to them.
