The manager joaaane is a different breed of unprofessional. How is this ur Manager? I manage 3 different companies and over 65 staff and I wouldn’t hire this individual as a janitor. Must be a joke of a franchise if this is ur management. The people you hire are a representation of your company. As soon as I came onto the reviews, I see three negative reviews on this individuals. Absolutely astonishing that this RBC branch would cater to an individual so rude. I highly highly suggest no one to attend this location.

unprofessional manager who refused to not put a hold on my check from my employer which I regularly get checks from. The funny thing is I have done this at the same branch before.
The ugliness of people’s hearts is visible on their face!
Please at least replace her with a good looking person.

Hard to find also the plaza itself is not well organized. Service is very slow. Avoid this branch if you want to get consistent service

I want to take this chance to stress that all clients have the rights to request for statement or snapshot with bank stamps on it. If I want to move my deposit away the next day I would have the rights to do so. However, if we ask for snapshot as of today then you are obligated to provide it AS OF TODAY.

If you refuse to provide associated banking services then additional training is needed to make sure your employees are trained for the job.

I got a telephone scam. The staff was so kind to help me conforming my banking information, even though they are off work soon.

Jose Marlon is so helpful. He helped me with a payment issue over a year ago when I was at the branch. He followed up a few days later to make sure it processed. For the past year, I have been emailing him for assistance and he’s been so responsive.

I have never been a huge fan of RBC, but he’s definitely highlight of the bank.

My visit to the RBC branch reminded me that personal banking will never die. Apart from handling my request efficiently and professionally, Natasha made my visit a real treat with a warm smile and a good conversation.
If you ever happen to go to this branch, I hope Natasha will be the the one helping you. You will be up for a treat!

Waited over 1 hour to send a wire payment. Stay away from this branch. Slowest possible workers you’ll ever see. Other branches are quick and easy. This is a nightmare every time

Worst branch ever. It seems like RBC as a whole has just deteriorated over time. Every branch I go to same old same old. Bad management, tellers that don't want to be there and advisers that don't know what they're doing.

Royal Bank Canada needs to pay a visit to this branch and re evaluate the management that they have in place there. It is unacceptable the way management communicated with me not only as a walk in but also as a client. There is a reason why this bank has 3.1 star reviews and it will only be worse and worse.

I deposited cash in ATM, a technical problem occurred, a 20 note was damaged. A lady, the counter manager, let me call the service number for help. I called the service centre yday, I was told that the br should change a new 20 note to me.never go to this br again. Hope RBC hire the right people to keep the good business reputation.

It's a bank. They've got 3 atms, a receptionist, and some tellers. What else do you expect? Bring your client card. CAVEAT: Royal atm touch screen can't accept press from a conductive pad, must touch with skin. Bad covid protocol, you big profitable bank. Bring your own gloves, sanitizer, and full scale covid19 detection unit to access the convenience of automated banking.

I’ll warn anyone reading this. If you are unfortunate enough to have an appointment with Corey Orlans, RESCHEDULE. He is extremely rude and talks down to you. He has no idea what he’s even talking about. He doesn’t even understand how to read paystubs and he will approach you with more attitude than you could even imagine. So disappointed that RBC would hire such inconsiderate people. I don’t know how someone like this could possibly be assigned to having any sort of conversations with loyal customers.

The teller was so incredibly rude, she had no remote sense of sympathy — I wish I knew her name! For shame on RBC for having such personnel serve their clientele.
I am Never coming back here again and am seriously reconsidering my banking options as a result of this lady’s demeanour. Just because I am young does not mean I don’t deserve to be respected. Disgusting.

Worst customer service ive had at a bank. Teller tells me that my tax refund cheque has to on hold for 4 days to clear? A government cheque.only until i said i wanted to wd all my funds and close the account miracliously " there is a procedure " train you staff

I usually do online banking but once in a while I do go in. Tanya is always a pleasure to deal with.very personable, always have a pleasant smile and awesome service. True professional I must say!

I had a very bad experince with a financial adviser at this bank. I would not trust their friendly advisors or do any business at this bank location. Please be carefull.

Had someone switch my account to a high fee monthly package to get a sale without telling me! Be very careful and check your accounts immediately. 0/5 if i could.

Worst mortgage brokers in the game. They jerked me around and said I would only get approved for a smaller amount. They had no idea what gifted or willed meant. TD bank ended up doing everything I needed. I wasted over a month dealing with a couple guys named Peter. Garbage don't even waste your time. Good luck Peter's
