RBC Royal Bank

I have been a customer of the RBC for years. I am very disappointed to learn that the RBC is the 5th largest global investor in the oil industry with investments of over 500 billion since the Paris Climate Accord in 2016.
When it RBC going to take the wellbeing of the sustainability and the security of the planet and civilization seriously?

Very financially supportive, great cooperative staff and overall everyone was very attentive to what I said.

I had an awful, almost humiliating experience at this RBC branch. I will be reporting these people to RBC headquarters in Toronto shortly. These people (teller and manager) don't know anything about customer service, make you feel like you are a petty criminal when asking for your own money.

Staff and manager were rude. I have never experienced such terrible service at any other RBC branch. I would never go back to this branch.

The staffs are horribly arrogant. Never think of as main branch ever, you will experience negligence. As a non-white young female customer, I asked booking investment appointment with years of amassed funds; however, NO ONE showed up after being told to wait one hour. I feel DISCRIMINATED by inprication that I am not worthy for investing finance by my looks? I have very healthy balance earned by years of hard work!

No one answers the phone. Automated system, you are put on hold then nothing happens afterward. RBC Also changes your business banking products on you without your knowledge or consent. I am now paying additional fees for my account that I never had to pay upon signing up.

The manager KIM is terrible, rude and snobbish. I am thinking to go to other bank because of the bad experience.
