Absolutely horrible customer service. Branch manager Bhavesh has no knowledge of his job. Instead directing me back to another branch telling me to deal with them instead or the machine. His communication skills in dealing with customers requires more training for someone who is a manager.
Anytime I have gone to this branch it is never a good experience

I was waiting in the line to deposit the money.the teller asked me to deposit the money in the ATM after 1 week they debited my money 2600$ still I don't get back my money yet.

Worst customer experience was in the branch around 4: 30 pm on Monday when opened the account online it is clearly given a message don’t need an appointment to book an appointment as they just need to validate the id. After waiting 10 min in line the representative says it’s too late to help and he asked us to come some other time. They actually closed the door 10 min early

AVOID Bhavesh Patel, a “financial advisor” at this branch. This guy lies about everything. He is literally abusing elders (my 81 yr old mother with Alzheimers) and my 92 yr old father by not allowing them or me as their joint account holder, to reactivate accounts and transfer funds. RBC refuses to do anything to help me. They have literally stolen $12,000 from both of my parents and even after the phone rep claims they set up an appointment in Bhavesh’s branch, the rep never attended the meeting, Bhavesh claims the rep doesn’t even work there, and Bhavesh simply lies about doing anything. I don’t live in Canada any more and Bhavesh is demanding I fly back to Canada, even though it is 100% unnecessary and my identity can be verified, neither Bhavesh nor the branch manager or anyone at RBC is willing to lift a finger.

That’s the line and this employee logs out and stands playing with her phone rather than assist the line. A total of 5 of us standing here while they make us wait and the line hasn’t moved in 20 minutes. Unbelievable

I had an advisor who's name was Saghar Jahromi. She was very helpful and managed all my needs at RBC. She was always available when I needed to see her and made time to help. Very sad that she left but I wish the best for her.

The only thing missing is customer service, this branch has none. The hiring with RBC is below par. Good thing everything is online, dread going to a branch.

I opened my account here and have been using for 3 years without any problems until recently I found out the transit number I have was only for “internal use” - said by other RBC Branch, which I cannot use for transferring money from overseas to my account, while my family already sent the money to the acc and transit number that I provided. So the money got refuses and sent back to the bank overseas, costing us more time, money and fees for international wire. I had to open new account at other branch.
Long story short. Make sure bank staff give you the standard account number.

On average they’ll have 3 tellers: one will count cash and the other two will serve customers doesn’t matter how busy. When you go here just be prepared to spend over an hour.

Don’t go. Worst branch. It’s a total disaster. Branch manager has no clue what she’s doing. A lot of business clients, lawyers I’ve talked to have stopped going to this branch.

Worst Branch to do business with. No matter what time of the year you come here, always long wait time and no more than 2 counters open at any time. This should be the shame for RBC. There is noone to listen to the complaints and issues of their customers. Hopefully one day.

This place is the worse place to be in a rush to get anything banking done. They would only have one person for teller and need to wait over hour in the line. Will not visit this location again.

Very slow service I had to wait 40 min outside to get in and still waiting in line inside to get to the counter. They just have 2 counters open and they should put more people to work to speed up the service

I have been with RBC since 2011. I have spoke with a agent and requested a reference letter. It's been 10 days, no update, no response. I send few email to the guy as i talked. He doesn't care, not even reply anything. Worst RBC branch ever. Don't go there.

It was there 5 minutes before closing @ 4: 55 p.m, they already did not let customers in. I speeded to the next RY branch in 5 minutes and I got in. Please take a hard look at the customer service attitude of this branch!

I've been banking with RBC for 15 plus years. This is my home branch and this location offer the worst service, they are always rude and slow. The ATM always has problem like printer or not working. No other location in GTA has this poor level of service.

I drive up to Markham or go to Warden/ Steeles location when i need actual branch services. So sad

I went there for Bank profile and statements. Maryam was there who treated like trash.
She said to print the bank statements we will have to change you $0.75 per paper, which is always free. They’re charging for nothing. There is always an option to print statements from online banking and just click on print option which doesn’t ask for any money. But these people charges you for that.

Im a business client abd have 3 business accounts with RBC. Went it to get a letter to confirm that I have enough funds for a Mortage. I needed a form stamped saying I have the funds in my account. The tailor brought over Bhavesh R Patel. He wouldn't stamp the document to confirm my funds because he told me I'm getting the mortgage with another bank not RBC. Why does it matter what bank I do my mortgage your just confirming if I have funds in my account. This guy is very rude and unprofessional. I told him my home branch would of done it and also has done it for me in the past. He told me to go there and that they do things different and my home branch is not doing there job properly. Thinking about switching my banking with another institute. They can't confirm my own money in my account and I would never recommend RBC services due to how this employee handled my business matter.

I am so frustrated that RBC employees (Kavita) try to take advantage of seniors for their own benefit. I’m going to make sure I report Kavita to Headoffice. My parents went there to inquire about mortgage rates but she kept trying to sell them investment products. Kavita is very incompetent at her job that she can differentiate between mortgage and Investment. What makes me so angry is that she was asking my parents for their username and password for online banking. They called me with regards to this and I told her not to share your personal banking passwords with her. My parents are seniors with a language barrier. She was clearly trying to pull something off. She needs to be investigated. I feel like she does this to other seniors customers as well.

So my first hand experice was nothing but unprofessional, I had an appointment with Mr X at 1: 30pm and arrived at 1: 10pm, he came across looking for us and told your appointment is at 1: 30 please wait util then. I felt a bit weird from his tone as he sounded WHY ARE YOU EARLY AND YOU NEED TO WAIT! Man, I never told you to serve me before 1: 30PM, at 1: 35 he returns and takes us to a conference room and was very hasitant about explaining or answering our quetions. He was being rude at times, at one point of time he just said I am getting late I need to leave, he opened our bank account and wanted to apply for the credit cards in the next meeting, next meeting was scheduled with a differnt guy let's call him Mr Y, he did everything but our credit cards in the next meeting and scheduled a half hour call at a later point to open our cards, we dropped him multiple emails in a span of 15 days to seek an update but to no avail. In short, i figured they do not care, I went the same day to Scotiabank and everything was done with a breeze. Just to give you an estimate my Bank account was opened on Dec 16th and I am still waiting for my cards until Jan 20. Where as scotiabank opened my account and I already have cards from them. RBC may be just a name and if not then this branch is definitely ruining it. Nevertheless, there is one very good employee that I came across.

Worst experience ever! Had booked an appointment 4 days back. Arrived on time, Indian employee name Bhavesh R Patel made me wait 30 minutes! Because he was serving his Indian customers.finally when got free he called me in, and was not only arrogant but rude and unwelcoming! I actually walked away because of his rudeness and arrogance! Even complained to the assistant manager. Ridiculous experience! Definitely choosing another bank!

I was waiting in the long line and felt in need of washroom. I asked an Indian lady for help and she told me to go to the grocery store 500 meters away, even I said please for the second time, she insisted that they don’t allow ppl use their own washroom. That was really mean. I would mark 0 star for this branch if I have option. The service needs a lots more of improvement for sure.
