Horrible wait times and service. Not enough staff. No separate line for business deposits.

ALWAYS A LONG LINE! Sometimes its just 2 people and then its all the desks but regardless always a long line. A location was lost during Covid within the area so looks like this is the backflow of that location.

This location needs to hire better financial advisors.

I don't understand how it took Felicity TWO MONTHS to set-up a fully functioning chequings account, and to send off a credit card application TWICE that didn't go through. TWO MONTHS? ! I've seen other RBC offices do it within a matter of seconds. Even with a pandemic that's an unacceptable timeline to be working with.

Before I went to this bank, I read a few reviews and thought all the negative comments were a bit overrated. I spent almost an hour at this location with only 2 people in line. If you're in a rush, good LUCK

Only this location is open within 10km and only 2 tellers working in slow motion. Manager just ignoring 15 people waiting outside.

RBC Argentia: I find the staff very nice actually. In terms of Business Banking, I don't understand why this branch - or as it appears, RBC in general - have discontinued the 'quick deposit' feature they previously offered. This was a very effective feature with RBC. Even with additional 'Business Banking' wickets - why would this be removed? Simple deposits should not require 'standing in line'. Hopefully they bring them back! Thanks for listening.

Before i went to this bank, I read a few reviews and thought all the negative comments were a bit overrated. Sophia is fantastic. Helped me with a couple of complicated banking matters. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, friendly. I have several RBC branches much closer to my home, but when I need to visit a branch for services other than the usual ATM transactions, I always head to this branch. Never regretted my choice.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
Slow. Rude. Crass. 0 customer service.
The assistant manager needs to go.

Worst experience at RBC. Had to wait over 45 min just to transfer a cheque with a line up of 3 people. Please retire your old unprofessional staff and give young people a chance to make customer service great again. Until then do yourself a favor and shop at TD bank across the street.
