Extremely slow service. They deal with private customer issues right out in the open instead of looking after them in a private space.

I have never had very good luck finding a branch or a bank where I feel there is consistently great service but I've finally found it! I walked in to the branch to inquire about a mortgage (after having a bad experience in-person at another bank) and proceeded to have months of great service from the team at RBC. Lahiru has been AMAZING at getting all of my new bank accounts set up, Abdi was excellent through the mortgage process and Greg is a pro when it comes to investments. Overall, I'm so happy to have found this branch. I've moved all of my banking and mortgage needs here and feel it was a great choice.

RIDICULOUS! Online states they are open today until 7pm. It is 5: 25pm and doors locked. Wasted an hour busing! I’d like to add when calling the automatic voice STATES REGULAR BUISNESS HOURS

Avoid Jason. If you have a video conference booked with Jason, you are not going to get that call. Had this experience twice.

The service delivered by Dustin and Bari was quick, friendly and professional with all possible scenarios covered on what gives for my type of transaction. Thank you guys for the warm disposition and response even after service hours.

I think most of these comments are trolls. I went to this branch and they treated me excellently. The guy in the large front office is extremely professional. I can only really speak on the worker they have in that front office.he is phenomenal at his job and extremely professional. He sorted out all of my stuff and got me set up with RBC and I have been very grateful ever since.

I have a secondary card holder that is authorised to make payments with the card in hand or on paper i have done this at numerous banks and esoecialky this one as it is my home branch normally you guys are fantastic but today my wife had to go to 3-4tellers all to decline her making a payment? I coukd understand if she is withdrawing but to decline her to make a oayment its completley Absurd!

It used to be a better RBC but it's new staff need more skill training in problem solving. This RBC was totally different from that what we used to visit back in 2013.
I suggest to RBC Head Office to replace its all staff and or establish a new branch at Bayshore Mall in Ottawa West.

I phoned to the branch to cancel my appointment. Nobody picked up phone but the automated messages. It connected me to the call center finally. The call center couldn't find my appointment information on their system. What a waste of time. I did not have time to come to the branch for the appointment but then I had to waste time for waiting on the phone. Don't put your number on business card if you don't have anyone to answer the phone during business hours.

Came here often to get cash. The associates are very nice. Wish it wasn't inside the mall, as I find it to be situated in an inconvenient location.
