I went today to ask loan there is adviser his name is Kevin Parmar he is a west of time without any account check he laid to me with wrong information credit scores affect i don’t recommend to get any advice or help to this branch!

The worst branch ever, the employee Harkaran working here is absolutely crazy and does not know what he’s doing. His way of talking is absurd and does no help to anybody. I’ve been facing issues since the day I opened an account with this bank and the sole reason is harkaran, I went to another branch regarding the issues I have been facing and they helped me out in 5 minutes without wasting any time. Absolutely pathetic service.

I went to deposit a cheque today for my sick leave. The person working today as a teller, made me feel really uncomfortable and awkward. Even though she ripped the cheque off the mail itself, she looked at my account and said I already cashed it at the ATM. That wasn't possible though and I don't think she even read the paper where she took the cheque from. If she looked at it, she would have seen the posted dates and payable date. My last cheque was from the previous month's pay. The exchange made me feel so bad to come to the bank, as she right off the bat made a comment to a client that accused me of trying to do something horrible. As someone that works in customer service, she knew I deposited the last one at the RBC ATM, and if you bank with RBC you understand they take the physical cheque. There isn't any way I could have deposited the same cheque. In the end, she submitted the cheque but I really had to explain everything to her because she did not look at anything I gave her and it was so embarassing. I don't understand. With what I'm going through, I was hoping talking to someone to do banking wouldn't leave me to feel how down she made me feel.

Definitely stay away from this incompetent uneducated incapable so called bank, horrible staff and service, zero stars, no choice but to give one star which is far too generous.stay away

The customer service is terrible and incredibly slow. We arrived at the bank to add my name to my grandmother's safety deposit box and the lady that we worked with informed us that it would take 10-15 minutes to complete the task. However, after 30 minutes, it seemed like she was struggling to complete the task so I asked if I could run to Healthy Planet and come back. Upon my return, she was still struggling. Instead of asking for help, she kept struggling. After 45 minutes, I asked her for an update because I had to pick up my daughter from daycare. She said that she would be done shortly but finally asked for help and the manager asked her why she didn't ask earlier. After an hour, I had to leave because I had to pick up my daughter and I was going to be late and it's a dollar per minute if you are late. She told me that if I didn't have the time, I shouldn't have come. I told her boss that she told me it was 10-15 minutes and if I knew it was going to be later, I would have left. I said that I don't live in town and proposed alternative ideas like signing it at a branch closer to my home, which they said no. The lady seemed to want to punish me because I was a mother, who couldn't spend a couple hours in the bank.

This branch really need to work on their staff.
Staff are very unprofessional and seem as they don't want to be there. I
Waited in line to deposit cash and customer service representative told me to go to the machine. I said that I would like to deposit it anyway and they again told me to use the machine.what's their purpose? Lol
This is not the first time this has happened.
I would recommend only using the ATM machines only.

Every time I am here something goes wrong. Latest incident happened yesterday. The branch was closed without any announcement. Someone at the door was incredibly rude and not compassionate. He said I can go to Mississauga for my work! Incredibly ignorant. He also said the even is specific to this branch only. So, naturally, I went to another branch to realize that this annual employee whatever thing is an event happening at all branches. Incredibly irresponsible and rude. I will be moving my money out of RBC since they clearly have no regard for their clients.

Long time RBC Client and this location is by far the worst location i’ve ever been too. You’ll be waiting 30-40 minutes in line for something that takes less than 5 minutes. To begin with they usually only have 2-3 staff working at a time not to mention they are beyond slow. It’s aggravating when you just want to do a simple task at the bank and the staff are chatting amongst their co workers & clients clearly about non related things. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to waste 30 minutes of your your day.

New manager started with a lot of new people and this branch became a night mare to make the most simple things in banking. Been a client for 5/6years and on the way to move over to a different branch. So sad to see a nice branch being destroyed like this. Preparing to fill out a formal complain with RBC

Don't usually rate this low. Tried to set up a new joint account and took the morning off to stay home for a "safer" experience meeting digitally. Turns out we HAVE to go to the branch now. Wasted time booking following up and now we are back to square one. It could have easily been pointed out ahead of time that this type of meeting MUST be done in person (the reason why still eludes).

Politicians, God/professionals never knew everything would shut down/business would close and lots of people would not work for one year in Toronto, during COVID. Can you pay "debts"/money to spend for necessities to pay the bank? No!

I used to enjoy visiting this branch, but my last two interactions with the staff (two different tellers) were negative and off-putting. Both tellers (on two separate days) acted as if they didn't have time or inclination to help me with a problem, claiming it was beyond their scope-despite my informing them that another teller had helped me with the same issue this past December. I have already opened an account with TD, and their customer service has been far superior.

Went there for a wire transfer a few days ago. They messed up with the other party's account number. Had to come back to the bank on the same day to rectify it and sign a new form. Manager promised the previous sum of money would be transferred back to my account first thing in the morning. However waiting until mid day and nothing.

This review is to highlight one particular incident and is not reflective of some of the other staff I've dealt with at this location. Both tellers working on Oct. 30,2020 were quite rude to me (an RBC customer) on a visit today when I pointed out that someone was using the indoor ATM without a mask. They both refused to say anything to the woman claiming they have nothing to do with the machines (even though they are in the bank!) and one even said "you can tell her, we are busy working". That is certainly making me think about moving my money elsewhere.

So weird there isnt bank counter few people attended line is long to outside one of bank worker so rude and shout to me wait for outside so after what? ! Why are not improve fast make solve for client need! So delayed it isnt like other ROYAL BANK.

Great customer service and often busy, but patience is a must.
Tellers are courteous and patient, especially with this cv19 over-inflated hoax The bank is doing its part to prevent so-called covid 19. I look forward to resuming regular normal bank services.

I checked online, it said there's no limit on the amount you can withdraw from your account, but to call in if its a LARGE SUM.
I wanted to take out 5000. (not a large sum imo)
At first they said i didn't have that much in the account.
Then they said E-Transfers take 4 days to clear and that's why they cant see the money.
Then they started to ask where I got the money and why I need it.
Then they finally say it's 3000 per day that you can withdraw from the branch. So I ask to get that, they still say its not available.

They end up giving me $1500 stating that I only have 1800 Available.but I was able to take another $1000 out of the ATM. Clearly they have no idea what they are doing, and are trying to prevent people from taking cash out of the bank.all of this because i wanted to buy some new computer parts around $5000, but my daily limit is $2000 in stores. They wouldn't let me raise my daily limit either stating I was a new client. (if I have the money in the account what does it really matter?)

I'm going to be closing my account once I have all my money out of the account and switch my Direct Payments to a new Bank.

Staff are rude and need to work on their people skills. It was MUCH BETTER before they moved to this location. But staff were rude and ignorant before they moved and have needed to work on their people skills for decades. Not very knowledgeable about banking either. I don’t recommend this place. Go anywhere else for better service. Seriously.

Absolute joke of a branch. Should close this location and save the money. Staff are incompetent and say no to everything without thinking of any solutions. Then when I figure it out for them they still try make it complicated. Made an error on a big wire even after triple checking. Manager was a joke too. Walks off on a phone call whilst "helping" me and never came back.

I went to this branch to have my salary cheque cashed, which i always do on a weekly basis. The manager came out to speak to customer and i was at the front of the line. She ask for my reason am at the bank and right after i told her she started raising her voice saying its not critical so she not going to allow me in the bank. I calmly said to her can i speak to you on the side away from everybody her response was no am moving down the line. Now i have no alternate measure as to go cashing my salary. Be mindful am black and was the only black person in the line. I have read reviews on here and was always asking why they say customer service is poor. Now i realize. Customer service whack. I felt so embarass.

Customer service from Alexandra was very poor and provided no cooperation. Did not demonstrate professionalism at all. However, Alana came to the rescue and was exceptional! Thank you, Alana for your assistance, professionalism and most of all the outstanding customer service. From a disappointment moment Alana turned it to a WOW experience. Thank you again Alana! Five stars to Alana.

Went with a very unique issue which no other branch could solve. The advisor Janet helped me solve this issue over the course of an hour and a half. Amazing customer service. Someone give Janet a raise!

I wish I remember the teller's name who explained to me how overdraft works with the different types of accounts. She was so friendly and broke it down into a simple way for me to understand. Other than that they have a machine inside and when the bank closes they have one outside you can use.

Recently applied for a Line of Credit at this branch, Jamie Hernandez was super helpful through out the process and helped me despite several difficulties and walked me through the whole requirements, and once we ran into some miss understanding from the HQ which was very frustrating, he followed up with them Until he got the answer. Every one says TD is the bank to bank with, and I too was almost gone, because of the service I have received at this branch from the beginning of opening an account and mainly the care that Jamie has put it in to his work, I have remained with RBC, RBC you should cherish employees like this, and please do get a move on updating you mobile app please. Just one complaining I can do about this branch is the working hours there are no days that they are open until after 5.please fix this
