RBC Royal Bank

I don't know why people are not happy with RBC but I attained excellent service every time I visit the branch. Everyone there is really very helpful especially Puneet kaur, Mr. Anuvinthan Arunasalam and Suriya dhingra who helped me to remove restrictions from my account within a few minutes.

Bad attitude, rude behaviour and very slow service provided by some of the Sandalwood Branch personnel. Asking general questions repeatedly with no answers. Trying to report the issues to Branch manager, who wasn’t available being out of branch, I contacted the assistant manager, who totally ignored my concerns about the attitude of one of the clerks. I left a voice message to Keith Barrett’s, potential branch manager, but he didn’t return my call.
Very disappointing feeling to go to this branch, which is most likely badly managed.

I went here to open my checking and savings account and the services provided by the gurpreet kaur was fabulous.she is so polite and helpful.

Opened an account in this location 15+ years ago. Lately, Steven and Rajith did a phenomenal job in providing all the information and sound advice we needed! Keep it up RBC team! We continue to trust and remain loyal to you. Thank you so much!

5 counters only 1 clerk.no wonder they have 2.2 rating.there should also be 0 star rating.people are just waiting in line to be attended. But yeah guess this is the new normal now!

The worst branch with incompetent staff, couldn’t help for loss card because they are out of stock for replacement card. Calling customer service line, the lady hang up on us because she was not sure what she was doing.

The manager at this branch is very inexperienced and impolite. RBC service level is diminishing.

Poorest customer service, no one wants to work. Manager is even more pathetic. I felt that I walked into India's government bank where babu's don't want to work.

Lately the doors have been closed to access the atm machine. I understand that they are trying to cut back on the crackheads using it as A place to get high and sleep. Unfortunately by Prioritizing that issue over the issue of me needing to use the services, I feel It is unacceptable. Hire a security guard or something

Very bad service by the Supervise on duty.she came out of the office and first word was NO means don't even want to listen the client.they really don't care about the business they getting from a client. WORSE BRANCH EVER. WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN.

RBC does not like to answer the phone, I then am forced to going inside a branch. I then will go inside a branch, and they cannot help.

Poor customer service, I asked the teller south india guy for just 2 US deposit slip he didn’t gave me said he will charge me for that … what else you expect from them

Manager should work the line at McDonald’s. Seems better suited to flip patties then to work in a bank.

I was little hesitant in visiting this particular branch as there are so many negative reviews about it. I visited this branch on 5 feb and got little surprised with customer service they offer. I was served by a guy named Anu A.

Always pleasant experience in the bank the problem is people parking outside the front door to use the atms blocking the driveway just too lazy to park at the parking lot literally 10 feet way

AVOID THIS BRANCH! Go to the RBC on Bovaird and Mclauglin.the staff there is knowledgeable and the bank manager filling in is very respectable!

Long waiting time, completely ignored by teller even though she wasn't busy servicing customers and she could see me standing there for a long time.

Do yourself a favour visiting another branch unless you have all the time to spent in this branch. Wait lines always beyond acceptable. This was not like this few years ago. I did the same mistake by visiting this branch twice within last several months.

Poor customer service. Lack of knowledge! The blonde curly hair lady teller hope you more compassion and knowledge about your job and if the customer request to speak to the manager let them speak. Because you cannot solve some certain types of problem. Todays date Jan. 10,2020 at 3: 50 pm. If you let me speak with the manager she could have done differently. Specialy in this type of emergency situation as I mentioned to you. I just hope you will not be in the same situation as I am now one day!

Each teller doesn't know the job 100%. Every time I go with my elderly mom with dementia they trying to act as she is normal in front of her. I have spent lots of my time trying to prove my point. But no one understands there. SO fed up with there lack of communication.

It's shocking. A bank doesn't have $100 bill. Went to teller they have no money. This should worry people considering they are a number 1 bank but have no money. I guess only the CEO has money for himself.

Do not give this bank the pleasure of dealing with you! I have never come across such incompetent upper management! I am giving this bank a 1 star only because I have to! Very rude managers.surprised that they are still opened

This is the last RBC branch I want to come to. The staff is ignorant (specially the old ladies) at the cash counter. I miss the Queen & Kennedy branch. They talk to each other while there is a line up. Then someone will come you and say you can do this at the ATM.

Highly informative staff. Take time to provide options available in rbc to clients.good services.
Friendly customer service

Save yourself the trouble and use another branch if you're intention is to get your cheque cleared. Years of having cheques cleared the same day at other branches yet this one always put a hold on it. Worst banking experience thus far.

I've been going here for 21 years and they have helped me through thick and thin times. The staff is always friendly.
