RBC Royal Bank

This branch used to be fast with always 3 or more tellers to help.
I noticed the last 3 weeks in the morning is always a long time waiting (over 30 min) with only 2 tellers.
Mornings are the crucial time for businesses.: (

Unbelievable, there was a long line up at the bank where people were standing outside and two tellers were working, customers were taking 25-30 to finish, there was older people in line, one had to sit on chair and one on a walker and I had to lay beside the wall as I can’t stand for more than 10 min. One more teller opened but served one person that took 10 min then she closed.standing one hour there wasn’t my favourite and being a customer for 45 years it wasn’t a pleasure to stand for that long. I’m still standing in line as writing this review.

As horrible as the company and people I have had to deal with on the phone at head office, the employees at this branch are always helpful and incredibly friendly. They have spoiled many bad moods I have had at the company itself.

I go to deposit money for work but every time I go I'm always greeted by the sweetest people and have great conversations. Great employees at this location!

Best RBC I have been to in London. Yes the libes are long but the staff is friendly and efficient The manager Sam is amazing she will work with you and help as much as she is able

They are friendly and helpful most of the time. Lineups can be long at times. Typical banking hours, no extended hours like other banks.
