I wanted to leave a comment about your teller Ahmed. I came in 2 and a half weeks ago from the dentist, mouth so sore and frozen I could barely talk. I needed to take some funds out of my rsp for more dental work.there wasn't an advisor in the city available to help me that day. So Ahmed made a phone call and talked to them and I only had to talk minimally on the phone to confirm a few things and he was able to get me my money. He was amazing. I wanted to let the branch manager know, but was unable to find an email. Please send my thank yous along! Great job Ahmed!

I opened an account online a few weeks ago. I received my debit card in the mail and wasn’t able to log in, was advised by customer service rep to bring my passport and sin into the branch. I brought in my passport, SIN card, health card and birth certificate and was advised by the manager working that he couldn’t active my account because I don’t have a license when their website clearly states that you only need a passport to open an account. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I advise you to as well.

I had Victoria help me set up my first TFSA investment account. I had a hard time researching it myself and she explained it in a way that made so much sense.would definitely recommend this branch and Victoria specifically if you were interested in opening an investment account!

Phoning into the branch was a nightmare. Could only talk to a computer. Web site not any better. Just wanted to book an appointment with a "real"person. Faster to jump in the car and visit the branch the old fashioned way!

Signed up for a business bank account online
Waited all day for that phone call that they said they were gonna do to Finalize the account.
They missed the appointment and did not even bother apologizing.

Move on to a different banks that respect customers.

Businesses especially new ones do not need Neglective bank s

The crew at this location are one of a kind and great people. I was on my way in to do banking close to closing when a lady needed a boost for her car battery which died. After helping the lady out I was cutting it close but the staff waited patiently and greeted me with smiles and appreciation. They also left me with a free gift card from Tim Hortons. That was not expected and a truly wonderful gift. Thank you to the staff for your kindness!

Will help but only to a certain extent. Friendly is their only quality. They told me they would reverse NSF fees if I came to the branch within 90 days. A few NSF FEES occurred they refunded only 1. I want to close the old account and they won't bring it back to zero without taking another $45 more money. Frustrated with expensive banks that report billions of dollars in quarterly profits. The hours of operation don't make sense for deposits to count as the day doesn't end at 6pm, it ends at 11: 59pm.
After consideration, the branch manager called me the next day (today) to clear my account and reset it back to zero for a clean $0 balance close. 1 star review is now a 4 star

I have to update review, they changed all staff and some are too loud with personal info and have no experience. I do not go here anymore.

Pleasant staff, always welcoming you with a smile. Professional, quick and accurate service. This is my favourite location solely due to the staff. They always remember who I am and know when and when not to take the time to have a conversation. Quite when conversing information regarding my account. It’s always a wonderful visit

Guys it was a chore to find an email or another private way of contacting you so today I was going to make a deposit and there was a man who was filthy (sad but true) and he was either passed out or dead in the atm area with a bloody arm and a needle on the floor next to him.im just wondering what happened to using your card for entry

Completely embarrassed to be a Royal Bank Canada customer of nearly 29 years, 2 properties, and associated mortgages and investments.

Royal bank Canada almost missed my closing of my new house because John Couture mortgage specialist was unable to get the paper work to the lawyers office on time.

After this, the paperwork was incomplete, and John had to re-request paperwork from me and my wife.

My lawyer nearly summoned John to his office because he had concerns of Johns ability to get everything done on time.

I asked John during the refinancing process if any of the fees would be put on me to complete the transaction, he told me no. I did not find out until in the Lawyers office that John and RBC had neglected to inform me that lawyers fees for the refinance [of another property] were not covered, and would be paid by me.

I'm pissed because I feel as though i was lied to, by a business that is definitely making money off me.
If you are looking for a good customer experience, stress free, quality paperwork, go elsewhere.
