RCC was chosen for some foundation waterproofing because of their long standing in the industry. Point man Jeff M.assessed the issue and presented a plan that would provide a solution. On schedule the work crew started the repair, and inspite of poor weather completed the work within the projected time.

Internal Basement Waterproofing
Jeff was responsive from the time I requested a quote. He answered all my questions and provided excellent explanations of the process. He came to check on the work a few times while the crew was here, and came to ensure that the sump pump was working properly when the job was finished. He also provided advice on additional things I can do to improve the basement environment. The crew led by Nick were efficient and very polite. There were a couple of hiccups (100+ year old house) that were resolved quickly and effectively. The crew also provided explanations to me at various stages of the job. I highly recommend Jeff and RCC!

Great experience with RCC Waterproofing. Jeffery Martin was super knowledgable and even remembered the work done previously by the original owners. The work was completed in a timely manner and the cleanup was impeccable. We are super happy with the outcome.

We have an older house with basement flooding from rain. We called RCC and Jeffery from RCC visited us to do a thorough check on leakage and moisture. He recommended external insulation, and they completed it in 3 days. Jeffery also helped us with installment-based payment. We really liked their timely and professional work, and called them again for insulation on another side of the house. They provide very good quality service in a timely fashion.

I've used them a few times today. Had a small issue the other day. Mike came out. And took care of the issue. I was really impressed how he handles the situation. Both Mike and his crew are excellent to deal with.

They installed a load-bearing beam, removed a wall, excavated a crawl space, underpinned the foundation, cut three windows, and installed interior waterproofing—friendly people and a job well done.

Jeffrey and the RCC team were complete professionals from start to finish. Ours was a big project - a complete exterior waterproofing of our home - and we were consistently impressed with the tireless work and professionalism of the crew. I would highly recommend RCC for jobs like these!
